About this apartment rental

Come stay at our newly renovated one bedroom condo at the Appalachian, which offers slope side accommodations right at the base of Vernon Peak. The condo comes with a KING size bed, Queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, gas fireplace and a walkout patio facing the mountain. Our guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna (open all seasons), underground parking, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy a special getaway for a couple, small group or family!

Enjoy easy access to all amenities via our walkout patio steps from the pool & spa. Patio faces the mountain for a unique view and is within close proximity to the ski lift. Wind down your evening with a 50" flat screen TV with cable and Roku equipped for logging into your favorite streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video. The condo has fast & reliable Wi-Fi.

The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove-top, fridge, microwave and a Keurig with a sampling of complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa for a cozy night in.

The condo is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each guest, and we provide Lysol for extra safety precautions during these unprecedented times. Due to the extra cleaning procedures, we do not offer a late check-out.

Additional luxuries in condo include:
• Bluetooth speaker with wireless charging
• Soaking tub
• Nightstand lamps with built-in USB outlets
• Graco Pack 'n Play (available upon request prior to check-in)
• Shampoo/conditioner, lotion, hand + moisturizing body soap (trial size)

Leave your car in the heated underground parking garage and enjoy your stay at Mountain Creek Resort which boasts year-round activities.

Enjoy alpine skiing/snowboarding and snowtubing in the Winter (open mid Dec thru mid to end of March), the incredible Bike Park (open early May thru Oct), Zip-lining (open during warmer months) and the Waterpark (open all Summer) all on site. *All dates are approximate and are subject to change.* Please visit mountaincreek. com to purchase tickets, get up-to-date information and learn more about the activities Mountain Creek offers.

The area has Dunkin, CVS, local restaurants (dine-in and food delivery options available) and ACME Supermarket (with a Starbucks) about a mile away. And is also, a short walk to the Red Tail Lodge (a Winter staple) which offers a variety of dining and bar options close by.

The condo is also a short drive (4 miles) from Crystal Springs Spa as well as wineries, golf courses (some of which are Minerals, Crystal Springs, Black Bear, Great Gorge), horseback riding and beautiful walking trails. Another short drive (5 miles) is Pochuck Valley Farms where you can enjoy pear (Sept 1- Sept 30), apple (Aug 1 - Oct 31) and peach (Jul 14 - Sept 15) picking. *All dates are approximate and are subject to change, check timing with Pochuck Valley Farms ahead of your visit.*

Legoland, which is a new theme park in Goshen, NY (officially opened Jul 2021) is about a 30 min drive (20 miles) and is great for the whole family. The park features whimsical themes like Lego Pirates, Brick Street, Lego City and Lego Castle.

A fan favorite, Warwick, NY is located just 10 miles North which has great restaurants, small town gift shopping and the famous Warwick Drive-In movie theater.

• Free underground garage parking for ONE vehicle
• Provided with ONE car tag & ONE garage keycard used to access garage, pool, fitness center and side doors
• Check-in after 3PM / Check-out 11AM
• Early check-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on occupancy from the previous night for a small fee
• We do not offer late check-outs. Unscheduled guest check-outs will be charged $75/hour
• We provide 4 bath towels for the duration of your stay--and you are welcome to use one or more towels for the outdoor pool, hot tub, and/or sauna. Towels must be brought back to the condo after each use of the outdoor facilities. Additional towels will not be provided.
• The Appalachian and Mountain Creek are now a cashless resort, please plan accordingly
• Due to COVID-19 and extra safety precautions some amenities in the resort may be closed
• Occasionally the house cleaner will need to drop off linens and place them in the owner's closet--if this poses an issue please reach out ahead of your check-in date to let us know

• We accept responsible guests who are 21 and over (children with parents are allowed)
• Maximum permitted occupancy is 4 guests
• No parties of any kind are permitted
• Pets and smoking are not allowed. Both are restricted by the hotel
• Lost car tags will be automatically charged a $100 fee and lost keycards will be automatically charged a $50 fee
• No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other events that are beyond our control
• Candles and incense burning are not allowed

My husband and I enjoy these ground floor units with a patio. The bathroom is huge and the doorways are wide. The grounds are nice and there's just enough to do for a 3 day weekend. We like to go to Warwick, NY which is only 15 minutes away.

Had a great time with my mom and sister for spa weekend. Perfect location for Minerals and Crystal Springs. Clean, great location to parking, hot tub and pool, beautiful view of mountain, short distance to great food. Thank you for a memorable weekend. Can’t wait to stay and ski next time!!

Clean, updated and convenient, walkout to pool and lift. If I had to hesitantly report a downside, there was only 1 parking pass and there were some fruit flies in the unit but it seems that many of the units have them as I’ve stayed in many different units (at least 5 over the last year). Should be a screen door to prevent flies from entering though the patio door.

This place is sweet. First the Room is situated nicely to take the elevator from the basement parking garage to unload and the directions given upon arrival are easy. Then once we put our stuff down we opened the back door and went approx 50ft to the beautiful pool/hot tub/sauna. We ordered in delicious food from Pizza Station both nights, which was quick and easy. The first day we relaxed in the comfy deluxe room and watched movies after being in the pool all day. The second day went to LegoLand which was about 30 min away and the third day we went across the street to Mountain Creek waterpark. It was perfect for what we were looking to do and I cannot say enough how seamless it was from beginning to end. Chris was super attentive and communicated quickly. The place was spotless and meticulously kept. One king bed and a pullout couch was perfect for the 4 of us. I will be back again and sincerely loved it.
