This was the 2nd time we stayed at property. It was just as comfortable as the 1st time. Hosts communicated rapidly. Place is perfect, clean and affordable. Thx again! A++++

I was so pleasantly amazed at how nice this little studio is. The hosts are accommodating beyond the norm. They communicated every step of the way and provided many greatly appreciated personal touches to the property. The studio is larger than it looks in the photos. The AC works very well keeping the 108 degree temps outside. The ceiling fan circulates the AC so that even the bathroom is a comfortable temperature. The appliances are all that are needed. A microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and Kcup brewer. The water is softened and the shower is very well appointed. The towels are high quality and comfortable. The recliner is comfy and provides a tray for eating. The parking is what really took this to a five star review. There is enough room for my truck, two boats and a second vehicle. I was able to park all my vehicles with space left over and felt safe with them there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I will be booking this studio again for my next boating trip. Many thanks to the hosts for providing such a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

The studio is cute, with all the necessary items. Love the location, quick access to both the water, restaurants, shopping, and dog park. Easy access and great parking for our boat and truck. Always a delight and comfortable stay after a long drive or long day on the River. Cant wait to stay again.

Check in was easy, door code worked first try, parking was very convenient, room was clean, and the fridge, microwave, and other appliances were clean and worked. We will use this location the next time we are in the area.

The accommodation was amazing and everything was as it was described. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. We were able to travel to everywhere that we needed to get to. We certainly would like to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Private. Accessible. Stayed here last year and were pleased and wanted to stay again. And we did. The recliner chair was especially good for my husband. If we were to stay again the only thing I would like would be a change of sheets. (no big as I washed them myself this time.) Thank you

If you're looking for a nice clean quiet place to rest your head for a few nights, this is phenomenal for the price. Not must different than a motel room, but the privacy is unmatched. Only complaint is its kinda far from the city center but that adds to the peacefulness

Only issue I had was the location was hard to find. On the add overview was not the correct address. I did finally find the correct address after looking through different sections of the add.

Was comfortable and convenient. Only thing I would recommend, and because I am an older woman, is better lighting over the bathroom sink. Otherwise, great for the price too. Thanks
