On the gorgeous Cinnamon Shore development, you're just a short walk to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants and cafes. Enjoy beautiful Mustang island and the town of Port Aransas with your friends and family in this roomy 2 story condo with cathedral ceilings, 2 king bedrooms, and tons of space for kids in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's original Town Center! You’ll love it because of the location, the high ceilings, and the views. It's a great place for groups and families with kids! Two kings downstairs with desks in case you need to sneak some work in, a private queen suite upstairs, a large built-in bunk station (2 twins over 2 doubles with 2 double trundles - sleeps 10), all of these beautiful bedrooms feature decadent beds and luxurious linens. Enjoy a gourmet inspired “dream kitchen” and 3 outdoor viewing decks. Two independent entertainment areas give kids and adults thankful flexibility and privacy. Both living areas feature new thin 60” flat screen TV’s with a family friendly DVD collections. Upstairs living area features Xbox 360 and Kinects for gaming and a little fun competition. In addition to the 3 amazing balconies, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's, Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Seaside), one restaurant (Lisabella's), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. You can find a schedule of free events on Cinnamon Shore's website. If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with a door code before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy access to the house. Located in the heart of the gorgeous and nationally recognized Cinnamon Shore development in Port Aransas on Mustang island. The development is home to many multi-million dollar homes several of which have been recognized by the Southern Living magazine. Port Aransas, Texas, is a charming coastal town renowned for its beautiful beaches and laid-back vibe. This area offers a range of outdoor activities such as fishing, bird watching, boating, and beachcombing. Visitors and residents alike can explore the scenic Mustang Island State Park, where miles of unspoiled shoreline await. The town's dining scene reflects its coastal location, with numerous seafood restaurants and casual eateries offering locally-sourced fare. With its combination of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and friendly community spirit, Port Aransas provides a delightful and relaxing coastal experience. Walking around and golf carts are the way to get around once you arrive. There are plenty of businesses including Cinnamon Shore that rent out golf carts so that you can get to and from any place on the island. PA_STRR#524055_2022 We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM 2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) including on balconies ($350 fine) 3) No loud noises after 10 PM 4) No events or parties. 5) Please ask us about pets. We do not allow more than 2 pets. We also charge an additional $100 pet cleaning fee. Pets must stay downstairs only and are not allowed on furniture. If we find evidence that a pet gets upstairs, there will be an additional fee of $100. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet; we need specific cleaning supplies to ensure allergens are gone before the next guest. If we are not notified at least 48 hours before check in that you will be bringing a pet, the fee increases to $250. Animals must be crated when you're away, not climb on furniture, and not be left outside unattended. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred by pet(s). 6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 7) Minimum age requirement is 25 8) If you do not check out on time (10AM) you will be charged an additional night 9) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

Wonderful place to stay. The only things keeping it from a perfect score, the home was relatively clean, we found bits of hair a few places. One of the reasons we chose this home was the advertised DVD collection and XBox. We were only able to find 2 DVDs and no XBox games. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

When we rented this property we thought we were renting a house. The photos make it appear like that. It is a two story condo that is a part of an apartment complex. The home itself is nice for a family with kids but you have to go down an elevator or 3 flights of stairs to go outside. The first day there was frustrating because it lacked basic essentials like enough towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. They give you one pack of dishwasher detergent and very flimsy trash bags with super basic bathroom essentials. This would not have been an issue if we were made aware of it. We rented the place for 4 nights, 5 days which meant we needed to go buy shampoo and soap and other essentials. There was no mention of this in the listing. If we would have been made aware we would have brought these items with us and saved us a bunch of time. We spent the first morning shopping and setting up the house. Not how I wanted to spend vacation time. Lastly the dishwasher broke 2 separate times and they needed to send the maintenance man which is challenging with a family of 10. The property/community is nice, the lawn is fun for the kids and the gulf carts make going to the beach a breeze. The beach itself is pretty gross. Lots of trash and micro plastic everywhere. We had to walk through a line of garage to enter the water. One of the days a very old shoe washed ashore that had barnacles growing from it. I guess there is not a beach clean up crew in Texas. Overall the kids really enjoyed it (ages 4-7) and the pizza restaurant was delicious. It was a nice memory for the kids but not a destination my husband and I would go to for a romantic getaway.
