Big Kahuna BB913 is a luxurious Banyan Beach home that can accommodate 16 of your favorite friends and family UNDER ONE ROOF! The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 1/2 baths AND includes a golf cart!! The first floor can sleep 12 comfortably, with 4 over sized bedrooms, 2 King bedrooms, double Queen bedroom, double full beds and 2 full baths. The 2nd floor features a huge living area with a 65" flat LED tv, dining seating for 16 and 6 counter seats, a kitchen stocked for entertaining a large group, and 2 master King suites with private baths, vaulted ceilings, and shared balcony with seating. The 3rd floor tower room offers a 55" flat LCD TV, a foosball table, electric darts, a collection of board games and a twin trundle bed. You will also find a 1/2 bath on the third floor. Cool off in the private pool in the backyard, after a warm day on the beach. The huge covered deck off the back of the house is a gathering spot to enjoy the gulf breezes and views. The entire house features beach décor, furnished to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku and secured wireless internet, washer/dryer on both floors. No elevator access. For even larger groups check out our sister property located directly behind The Big Kahuna; House of Views. The two houses combined offer 12 bedrooms with two private pools! A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at this home and ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING OR BOATS. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.

The house is beautiful, laid out really nice. Plenty of space, could have used a bunk bed so two of the grandsons didn’t have to sleep together. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook with. Plenty of towels for a big family. We had 15 and we were not crowded in the least. Very nice property and will probably try to book for next year.

Our original concern with the home listing still has not been addressed. The house layout and sleeping arrangements are listed inaccurately. When this was brought to their attention, they wanted me to do their homework and send a detailed explanation of what the house contained. We chose the house based on the sleeping arrangements and this made it difficult for the 8 small children that accompanied our party.

We had a girls' trip with 16 ladies, and this home was absolutely amazing. The house was clean and beautiful, offering a perfect setting for our getaway. However, I have two suggestions for improvement. First, the bottom mattress of the trundle bed on the third floor needs an upgrade; you can literally feel the springs. Second, adding blackout curtains to that room would be beneficial, as it gets very bright and warmer up there. Additionally, though a minor point, several of us wished there was at least one full-length mirror. Overall, everything else was fantastic!

Great home for our families. 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms on 1st level was great for older kids/young adults. 2nd level set up was perfect with 2 king suites. 3rd floor held our youngest with a day bed. She had her own space with her own TV. The description says there is a room with 2 kings in the bottom level but there were actually two separate rooms each with a king and that worked even better for us. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

This home is so beautiful, well-maintained, great location and so clean. My whole family loved it. Beautiful views of the coastline and convenient to town. We can't wait to come and stay again. Property management was excellent, too.

This home was perfect for our large group of 16 (4 families). Everyone had plenty of space to sleep and get ready. The kitchen was great for all eating together and playing games. We would definitely stay again. Clean and beautiful!

Nice house, fit 14 comfortably, easy access to the beach. Didn’t get a five-star cleanliness rating because the dishwasher needs replacing and the grill was a mess when we arrived (the property manager sent someone out promptly to clean it). The house is located in a collection of 8 houses that are very close together- so get ready to hear your neighbors and have them hear you. Fortunately we only had one night where a party at a neighbors’ house went late into the night, otherwise no problems. The beach front is mostly clean and not too crowded. We loved having the small pool to cool off in in the afternoon. The large main floor with couches/table/kitchen is ideal to have a crowd gather. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. TV’s in every room were a plus. Having a clothing line to dry towels and bathing suits in the back patio would be a nice touch to add. The golf cart was fun.

The home is very well decorated and certainly able to house a really large group,we had a big group. Mostly we were satisfied. Bummers were: They only provided 2 rolls of paper towels and a tester size dish soap for kitchen. Kitchen towels were only 2 as well as dish cloth.Lower bedroom developed a large water bubble in ceiling over beds and toilet backed up right above it in bathroom. This caused the main community bathroom in kitchen to be unsusble. Dryer in upper kitchen area would not work, making everyone have to use lowered washer and dryer. Dishwasher would not work correctly, leaving us to wash alot by hand. Pool is freezing, too cool for kids to use at night and the timer went out on it leaving it a murky mess for a day. Another toilet went out due to stopper issues within the toilet. Alot of plumbing issues, oh and the garage is full of roaches at night. We never saw bugs inside house, but be warned if you step into garage at night. No reduction in price suggestion or courtesy calls to follow up were ever extended due to numerous problems. This would have fixed everything for me and I would have given it an overwhelming 👍. Lastly, be prepared to wait till the last hour for even the address to be issued for home because housekeeper must sign off on the property. We were allowed in 1 hour early, because I arrived right when housekeeper was leaving.Positives: Management was on top of every problem we reported to be fixed immediately. Easy check inand thorough instructions. Management was easy to contact and all technicians were personable.

So many things were perfect about this house-living area and balcony excellent, bedrooms very nice. Bathrooms could use updating and fresh paint but they were still nice just a little dated. The pool was not clean when we arrived and we were told it was serviced on Tue and Fri. Not possible it was cleaned Tue because it was extremely dirty including cigarette butts. and the pump was not working. Repairs had to be made to the pump so it was not even ready until Sat and then it was still very cloudy water. Kids were never able to use the pool-the biggest negative. The extra fridge in the garage is pretty bad, but the golf cart was excellent. We went by Port A Escapes before check in time just to get an address so we could locate the property- the two women we spoke to there were not into customers service- I guess they don't like "tourists." All in all, my family loved the place we chose- great location to the beach.

We stayed in this beautiful enormous well stocked beach house for a family of 12 vacay. It had everything we needed. PortA Escapes was friendly and quickly met our needs on a couple of issues we had. The bedrooms were fabulous, kitchen was over the top and well stocked with quality essentials. No need to bring anything from home, just clothes and food! Location was spot on. Short walk to the beach while so close to activities in town. We will definitely return.
