About this space
NEW HOME/NEWLY FURNISHED! This 5 br home is centrally located to Chicago's best areas; Wicker Park, Logan Square. Bucktown. We are minutes from the best restaurants and bars and walking distance from North Branch Chicago River, which is great for kayaking during the summers! A walk to the Blue Line is 10 minutes and both airports are only 20min from the home. Ths home offers spacious gathering rooms, bedrooms, and a laundry room on the second level plus a 2 car garage and free street parking.
The space
My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This single family home is situated on a residential street with planty of free street parking for your convenience. With
comfortable and stylish furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!.

In addition I provide the following amenities to all my guests!
- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist.
They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a
hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter,
tea kettle, and toaster
- Keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo,
conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand
soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards,
baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

- Luggage racks and hangers
Guest access
Guest will receive a keypad code (keypads are located on all doors) and guests will check with no assistance or in person interaction.

**COVID 19 News** Unfortunately, during the pandemic, we have had a significant rise in guests that want to rent the house for large gatherings / parties. Our home is meant for people that are traveling for
business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all of our inquiries contact us with details about their trip
as want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.

We were in Chicago for a yarn crawl and in between yarn shopping, enjoying Chicago attractions and eating out we were at the house knitting, etc. All of us found the open main floor plan perfect for our larger group of adults with the main living room able to accommodate all of us. The house location made It was easy to get rides to and from our destinations. Plus there was an Aldi's and Target within just a short walk from the house. Also, the house was very clean and we found the decor pleasing . All in, a comfortable VRBO experience.

The house was in a good location for the activity’s we had planned. The owner responded quickly and was very friendly. We had nine adults in our party and given one towel each ( which were very thin) with no other linen’s onsite. Yes I could have called for more but it should have been expected.I would recommend Quality towels. We still enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice place. They weren’t good at getting back to me about restaurant recommendations but I know that a bonus. Also, they didn’t want me to plug in my car and didn’t give a reason why I couldn’t. Nice space, limited kitchen items if you want to cook.

The house was really nice but the air conditioning wasn’t working. We had 2 sleepless nights. The temperature in the house ranged between 80 to 92 degrees. We contacted the owners so many times but nothing was done. They told us they would send someone to look at the AC the following day and we were supposed to leave that morning. Our stay wound have been wonderful if the AC was working.

We usually hotel it downtown and use Uber and the El to get around but needed a place for a crowd. This place had excellent parking for multiple guests and was a short Uber ride to Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville. Well appointed and well maintained property. Could walk to a Dunkin' for coffee but not as walkable as some other neighborhoods. Parking was amazing. Large property with great gathering space. Would definitely stay again.

The house was a great size and well appointed for the most part. The house (especially bathrooms) were not as clean as they should have been. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we arrived. We have stayed in many VRBO properties along the Oregon coast and they have all been lovely. This house had the worst equipped kitchen of all my previous rentals. The only baking dish was burnt and not useable. The oven did not work, which was unfortunate as I was responsible for cooking lasagna for a wedding rehearsal dinner the night we arrived. Owners need to understand that people choose this type of rental so families can spend time together and not eat out every meal. We spent lots of money on beautiful lasagnas, but we had to spend an additional $300 on prepared meals due to the broken oven. They could also use a few extra towels!

Masooma was lovely and communication was outstanding. We had a last minute bind and Masooma was able to assist us and accommodate our needs. The house was large, bright and had pretty much everything we needed to sleep comfortably, cook and keep us entertained.

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect spot! Plenty of space for hanging and sleeping and super close to some of Chicago’s best neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend for bigger groups!

Inside of the house was very pretty and comfortable. Not as close to train as described. Lots of construction going on right now but was still able to park. Did not utilize garage but was available. It was my self and 10 girls all were 18 except for one. So plenty of room for them to spread out. But only one washcloth in each bathroom. Could not locate any others. We arrived about an hour early so I called the owner to see if we could get in early. She said I will check with the cleaning crew. And never got back to me. So about an hour later, About 3:10 the cleaning people walked out. Check in was anytime after 3:00. I do understand that check-in was after 3:00 and I did not plan ahead. But it would have been nice to get a phone call back.

I needed a place for me my kids and grandkids coming from Georgia to stay.My father passed and I wanted to keep us all together.The place was perfect.The time was sad but our experience with the VRBO help take some of the stress off.
