Summary:
Stunning 1,500+ square foot corner apartment with oversize windows, an open layout, and dramatic city and lake views in multiple directions. This bright and modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is perfect for travelers looking for a stylish escape in the sky in downtown Chicago just off the Magnificent Mile and the lakefront. The building has great amenities including an amazing rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and the lake. This is the best location in the city!

The Space:
Located on a higher floor in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a large light-filled space with expansive windows overlooking the lakefront, parks, and the surrounding neighborhood.

Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.

The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as an additional workspace.

The large master suite has lake views, a sitting area, a massive walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has a desk that can be used as a workspace.

For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Living Room: Full size sleeper sofa

We provide towels, clothes iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and there is an in-unit washer and dryer.

The building has a doorman and thoughtful amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather. The panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome year-round!

Guest Access:
You'll have complete and private access to our apartment. You will also have access to all of the building's shared amenities (rooftop deck, gym, coffee shop, club room, business center, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Located in a leafy, upscale neighborhood just off Michigan Avenue in one of the most central locations in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, beaches, parks, and other sites within walking distance. From our place, you can easily walk to the Magnificent Mile, Oak Street Beach, the Lakefront Trail, River North, and Navy Pier as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. Attractions such as the Art Institute, the Central Loop district, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop restaurant row are only a 5-10 minute ride away.

Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.

Parking is not included with our listing, but our building has its own parking garage and there are other garages close to our building (within 2 blocks). We suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $30.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs allowed with prior approval only. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

We enjoyed a great 2-night stay in this corner apartment. Communication with the host was excellent and checkin/checkout were simple. The unit offers wonderful views of Lake Michigan (especially from the rooftop lounge) and is within an easy walk, Lift/Uber ride, or bike ride to anywhere you want to go in the heart of Chicago.

Experience 10/10. Staywell (host) was extremely responsive, prompt, and made the process seamless. Location 10/10. Very safe neighborhood. Great coffee shop downstairs. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, beach, Navy Pier, etc. Rooftop 10/10. Great views. Apartment 9/10. Modern and clean, looks exactly like the listing photos. A little wear and tear but otherwise great. Shower head is low but has a detachable showerhead. The building 7/10. Quite dated, common area space is average (Nothing to complain about. Simply setting expectations). Would definitely stay here again!

The space was great. From the pictures it looked modern and clean. There was a lot of room to move about and great view and bright sunrise. The building was older (which you can’t see from the photos) and there was wear and tear in the hallways and elevators. The climb to the rooftop patio was quite dingy. The unit was in need of some upkeep but the property manager was responsive and appreciated our concerns. We had a good stay but felt it was expensive for the quality of the property.

I brought my daughter-in-law and three granddaughters for my middle granddaughter's high school graduation. This location is great. We drove up and parked in Gold Coast Garage right around the corner and never needed our car until we left. Very good and safe location. Within walking distance of anything you would need. The only thing I would ask is that they would check the fan in third bedroom. Not sure it had been dusted in awhile. Everything else was very clean.

The welcome packet provided seamless instructions for check-in. Was super easy. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space the unit had. It was my husband and I and our two sons and we all had plenty of room to feel comfortable and have privacy. The location of this building cannot be beat. It’s just minutes away from all that the miracle mile has to offer (shops, restaurants, river walk and the Hancock building) plus the beach and Lakeshore Drive for any quick trips down to the museums. We would stay here again for sure. Communication with management was also excellent. Very responsive and professional.

For our girl's weekend in Chicago this apartment was perfect. The location was great and communication with the manager excellent. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was as advertised.

I brought my daughter and 2 of her friends to explore Chicago on a short trip. We were able to check in with zero hassle and parking was a breeze (expensive, but easy!) Everything we wanted was either a very short walk or a cheap UBER ride.
