I would come back. Next time with a car

The property was gorgeous nestled between olive trees and very pretty gardens. Rooms were quiet and clean. Single was small but had walk out balcony and full patio doors. Wi-Fi great. Host Vincenzo is very accommodating too.

Property was a bit hard to find. There is no number on the pillars outside so I walked up and down the street and finally found some knowledgeable workmen. there is a video but I had no Wi-Fi on the street. This is not walkable to anything but the out of the way makes this really charming too

Alojamiento de diseño en las afueras de Bari

Habitación en una construcción de diseño moderno, rodeda de un agradable jardín con piscina. Todo impecable y límpio. ambiente tranquilo. Los muebles sencillos pero funcionales. Se encuentra a faltar luz para leer en las camas. Parking en el mismo recinto, ámplio y fácil de acceder.

La señalización de entrada en la finca es pequeña y dificil de ver, se encuentra en el inicio de una especie de callejón entre otras propiedades en una carretera secundaria con otras numeraciones similares. Desayudo deficiente: cruasant con cafe con leche sin plato, quizás personal sin gran cualificación, no obstante, agradables y simpàticos

Da localização, limpeza e o atendimento da equipe.

Apesar de ter uma geladeira de uso comum, poderia ter um frigobar em cada apartamento para melhor comodidade dos hóspedes, pois os apartamentos são distantes do local da geladeira.

Bellissima villa in totale relax

Bellissima villa, molto curata e accogliente. Le stanze sono super moderne e spaziose. Atmosfera molto rilassante! Perfetto anche il self check in. Abbiamo apprezzato anche molto la comodità del parcheggio interno, ideale se si gira la zona in macchina.

C’è a disposizione una cucina comune ma è sprovvista di qualsiasi cosa per cucinare quindi non l’abbiamo potuta usare neanche per la colazione. Non c’erano neanche le tazze o qualche pentolino. Peccato!

Nice room with garden view

Villa Erada is easily accessible by car, close to the main roads to enter the city. The owner communicates via WhatsApp how to enter the room, which is a bit complicated. There is a free parking space in the garden. The room is clean and comfortable.

The house is right next to the motorway, so it’s a bit noisy if you open the windows. There is no breakfast available. There are no shops or restaurants in walking distance.

La struttura è bellissima. le stanze comuni sono arredate con gusto.

La struttura è bellissima e ben tenuta. Le parti comuni molto spaziose ed arredate con molto gusto. L'assistenza remota è stata effettiva e presente fin dalla prenotazione. Ho saputo che dal mese prossimo ci potrebbe essere la colazione e ciò è un bene. Struttura da consigliare

Avrei dotato la cucina di qualche stoviglia e qualche pentola per permettere ai clienti un minimo di autonomia. Leggermente fuori mano per chi non ha un auto.

Un fantastico soggiorno a Bari

Location immersa nel verde, ma a pochi chilometri dal centro città. Per il mio lavoro era perfettamente a tiro, proprio dietro la fabbrica Peroni nella quale dovevamo fare un evento Una bellissima villa con tutti i conforts immaginabili. Camera per 2 persone: giusta nelle dimensioni e nella disposizione degli arredi. Bagno bello grande e con una doccia a pioggia. Parcheggio interno alla villa con accesso codificato. La cortesia della host, sempre disponibile per ogni domanda

Bellissima villa a Poggiofranco

La struttura è una bellissima villa, arredata in modo meraviglioso, salone e cucina a disposizione di tutti. Le camere abbastanza spaziose per due persone, letti comodi, doccia molto grande

Consiglierei uno specchio intero nelle stanze, e magari una presa della corrente accanto ai letti, forse l’unica cosa che manca. Come posizione era comoda per le mie esigenze di lavoro ma per arrivare al centro e Bari vecchia serve almeno 30 min di pullman

Good

Nice place with huge garden but also spacious living room which we used to hang around. House is nicely decorated and furnished. Room and bathroom were OK.

Clear guidance/information on which parts of the place are accessible to the costumer. Also no fridge in rooms or in rest of the place to store food/medicine.
