Very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner was exceptional. Very kind and always available for everything I may need.

The rooster from a neighbour at 6 am. But honestly nothing to complain about..

Clean, Air conditioning, balcony for smoking, small fridge for water and other beverages, coffee outsider the room, also snacks and beer.

would be nice to have microwave to reheat the pizza, for e ample if gets cold

Good location but needs some work to make it comfortable.

Location near a beach and a rather friendly landlord. He showed us the surroundings and gave us a little tour.

Cleanliness Black mold in the bathroom and in the room. Me being allergic had a hard time to breathe there without using antihistamine. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The cleaning lady moved all our personal belongings and put it to shelves and drawers all around the room when cleaning. The shelves were not clean and there were leftover things after the previous guests. Place Part of an old block of flats (clickbait pictures not really showing room surroundings and what to expect). Breakfast We had to walk a lot to get a breakfast at a store where you cannot even sit down and get a coffee. Other Airport shuttle service was provided but arrived late, didn't speak English, and asked for money when we arrived (didnt tell us how much we should pay beforehand).

Marco, the owner of the apartman was very supportive, friendly and kind to us the whole time. I travelled with my mom there, stayed for 4 nights. He came to get us at the airport, waited us there for hours because our plane was delayed. He helped us with everything, he recommended us restaurants, beaches, everything. The apartman was very clean, I think it is big enough for 2 people. In the room we had a little fridge to store our drinks and foods. We had free coffee from the coffe machine. The free breakfast was delicious, it was croissants filled with chocolate and vanilla.

It was very hard to speak english with anyone even in restaurants near the apartmen. We visited the closest beach near our apartman (it is called Spiaggia Libera Lato S.Francesco), the staff was not friendly at all. Also we visited a restaurant called Le Finestre sul Mare, it is like 5 mins from the apartman. They were very rude too, and the food wasn't good at all. Our waiter Paulo was teasing me because there was no english menus only italian and I can not say some words perfectly.

best host you can have! he helps you with all you need. knows the town and the best places and even can shuttle you for a fair price. & you have 5 mins to the beach.

it’s a bit off the city center. nothing more.

Good value for money, but I wouldnt stay here for more than one night. Bed and shower wasn’t terribl

Quiet room. Good value for money. Bus station nearby

Ants in kitchen, wifi wasnt working even though it was said that there is free wifi, no shampoo, bad kitchen (gadgets and plates either cheap or in poor shape)

Very good location for a short stay in Bari

Breakfast consists of croissants, coffee / tea. It is not diversified but it is a minimum with which to start your day. The beach is close and the old center can be reached quickly by taxi (7-10 euros). Very clean apartment. Parking 5 euro / night. Very welcoming host. Because we arrived very late at night when the restaurants or shops were no longer open, the host took us by his car to a place where we bought food and some beer.

Really disappointed

The mattress is comfortable. The room's design is nice.

There is no door in the toilet so go with someone who you do not have problem see you do what you need to do!! The breakfast never came, communication lost in translation or maybe I had to go walk 10 minutes to get a free croissant from an owner friend's shop. Or maybe I have low iq and I don't understand. I will not pay 80€ a night to wake up and walk 10 minutes for a free croissant when they state breakfast served. Wifi was not working. The cleaning staff checks all your stuff and then they say they thought you checked out (and leave everything behind bags shoes clothes) ... And apologize with a bottle of wine. Doesn't matter if you don't drink alcohol, you don't use it, you leave the time you informed you will. And what they do? The message the customer service and say you accepted their apology and you haven't checked out. The worse vacation I ever had. The minimarket is 15 minutes walk. What they say it's close to you is a fruit cart. The view is a tree and the park. The beach is charged 6.5 € from owners friend. Or 20 from another much more nice beach. Or you can go to the rockside communal Beach. But you walk 500-800m. And no it's not beachfront, except if my idea of beach front is different. I believe you can see the beach, I believe the beach is opposite the property. I must be mistaken cause obviously beachfront means walk 10 minutes. :) sad, really sad... I wouldn't have made it such a big deal if the property haven't made the matter so big. I should have made it a big matter when I entered the room two days and found all my stuff in different places and my bags moved opened or closed and my things moved. DISAPPOINTED. I didn't want to make it a problem and ruin someone's reputation or affect their income. But I worked really hard for a 3 days holiday that was wayyy expensier that actually deserved!!!

Amazing room. Clean and fresh! Easy to navigate from Bari central.

Fresh room, toilet and towels. Close to the nearest beach. Owner was really nice and easy to communicate. Amazing stay!

Wi-Fi would be nice to have.
