About this house rental

WHY WE LOVE IT:

-5 minutes from DT Flagstaff and NAU, a fantastically located neighborhood with views of mountain peaks from the street.

Due to the Flagstaff City Noise Ordinance, all music and loud conversations must end by 10pm. Per the law, we have decibel meters in the property to ensure this is followed.

Walk in the front door to the spacious first living room. To the right are the large dining area and open-concept kitchen. To the left are the primary suite with a King bed, a sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with two shower heads and sinks. Up the stairs, to the left, is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. Down the hallway to the right is a bunk room with four twin bunk beds and two trundles underneath, as well as the second living room with a sectional sofa, games, and TV. Across from that room is a full bathroom. And to the right is a Queen bedroom with a Queen trundle and a full en-suite bathroom.

MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point W Frest Aire St 86001.

*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe. We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow.*

FYI - if you need to cancel your reservation and are within the refund policy, your refund will incur a 3% fee from the payment processor.
-NO pets.
-NO parties or events.
-NO outdoor music past 9pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
-NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire.
-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only. Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

We have partnered with Safely and upon booking the primary guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. I can't say enough good things about this property or the property manager (Tina, Kyle and the folks at Dwell). This is an amazing house - there was tons of space for our group of 9 and aspects of the house that appealed to all ages. The house itself is very clean, updated and tastefully decorated and the outdoor space was amazing. There is so much for the kids to do in the house - games, basketball, ping pong, etc. The hot tub is wonderful. We loved sitting and eating outdoors. We had an issue with one of the appliances and Tina bent over backwards to help address it as quickly as possible. In general communication with the manager was incredibly quick and responsive. We will certainly be back!

This home made a perfect base for daytrips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, wandering around downtown Flagstaff, and heading to the Snowbowl. Our family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and mom and dad of 3 little ones were all very comfortable here. It was a great space to hang out watching TV, playing in the yard, and gathering for meals on the back porch. The kitchen is spacious, and the grill was plenty big enough. We would definitely stay here again!

We used this property as our base for a quick excursion to visit the Grand Canyon. As a family of 5 hotels aren't a good option. This property was a great option for us all to be together. It was in a great neighborhood, was clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable including the beds, bedrooms, family room, and kitchen. The Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities that allowed for all types of meal prep. The property manager, Kyle, was amazingly communicative and responsive. We had zero issues or concerns yet Kyle made sure to check on us during the rental. Would definitely stay here again when in the area in the future.

A beautiful place to stay! Near ski resort and great hosts! Spacious rooms and kitchen, and lots of fun for kids to play outside! We couldn't have found a better place! Thank you.
