Enjoyed my stay in a clean room in a quiet area in the mountains. What else to ask for?

Amazing value for a solo traveler with comfy beds, clean sheets and shower, and laundry available 24/7. Welcoming staff, good people. Convenient location with places ~2.5 mi away from the hotel. I loved that for the price I paid I had my own kitchen in the room and A/C unit hit just right. I had a 55” tv in my room which was easy to use. I enjoyed the stay a lot and wish I didn’t have to leave early.

Floor in my room could use a mop, but generally the room was very clean. I didn’t ask staff about room soundproofing, I could hear music playing on my tv through the doors.

Not Great!

No one at front desk to check in at 630 pm. Had to call cooperate and wait 45 minutes outside to check in. Sounded like an NBA game 1 floor up from us all night long (maybe they have a 4th floor bowling alley)

Don’t expect to sleep in a cool dark room.

The room was very clean but I expected as much from a new hotel.

For a new hotel there were a lot of things that were missed in the room design. It was built fairly quickly and seemed rushed. For starters there were no black out curtains in the room so my rest was interrupted as soon as the sun came up. The phone in the room was very cheap and when I received a call from the front desk the phone didn’t work and I could call the front desk for help. There were no hand towels and the towels provided were just ok. The bed was not attached to the headboard and every time I got up the bed moved, it was annoying to say the least. I kept having to get up to make the room cooler because the heat from outside was causing the room to become hot due to no blackout curtain the keep the room dark and cool. A pull down curtain would be better than the blinds they have.

It wasn’t terrible.

The staff was very friendly, customer service was great. Loved the security measures. I felt safe when there was a guy in the parking lot yelling and appeared to be trying to get in.

The housekeeping could have been better. The dust accumulation under the bed was… let’s just say a bunny hopped across my foot! The bathtub had a ring around it. It’s a good thing I carry bleach wipes.

OK if you just want a clean bed, bathroom, and aTV. Otherwise it's bare bones.

BARE BONES hotel with less amenities than a low budget one. This is a bait & switch, nickel & dime operation. NO hand towels, No room coffee maker, NO ice bucket, NO ice machine, NO usable WIFI (unless you pay extra). NO dishes or cooking implements in the advertised full kitchens. They will sell these to you for $40 per set. These are standard in suites with kitchenettes. There's only a fridge, cooktop and microwave. We were unable to prepare the food we bought. Very stressful, unhappy stay. Never again!

The hotel staff was awesome and April at that checked me in was marvelous pricing was great 👍

The floor I was on a couple was auguring very loud the guys next door to me were very very loud playing loud music I did not get to sleep until around 330am and had to be up at 5am walls very thin

Pillows was flat. Kids were jumping and running in room above us until 2:00 am. Water dripping in fan in ceiling in bathroom. Didn't see water but drip, drip drip all night.
