Genial, para repetir!

En general todo estaba estupendo, la limpieza genial y reformado. Para ir al centro hay un paseito de 15/20 min pero viendo los puestos, las tiendas y el paisaje se pasa de momento. Encontramos sitio para aparcar detrás del apartamento, pero con suerte, hay que tener paciencia. Fuimos 2 personas y un niño de 14 años y un perrito, y era espacioso pero no tanto, para cuatro personas se queda corto( apartamento 214). Tenía de todo, y el trato de Bernardo fue bueno. Tiendas y chiringuitos cerca. Y en el centro hay dos bares a destacar que nos encantó( Bar la Tasca y bar El Rancho, te pides tu bebida y te dan tu tapa! La piscina necesita arreglarse un poquito, le falta algunas piezas. Pero el agua estaba genial a pesar de que a las 17h de la tarde ya no da el sol( en las sombrillas si) se estaba a gusto.

Un par de cosas a destacar fue que no tiene persianas, así que en cuanto sale el sol, por muy bien que coloques las cortinas, siempre entran luz. Y otra cosa fueron las almohadas, para nuestro gusto, eran demasiado bajas y muy planas.

Short stay in Almunecar.

Liked the bottle of wine, sweets and coffee pods left by the owner. Close to the beach and town.

Confusing arrival. No-one on reception knew of our booking. Phone call to host sorted everything out. Ice tray/ bag would have been nice.

Estudios Chinasol WOW

3rd visit to Almunecar, 2nd at Chinasol

The property is on the seafront with a bus stop right outside for getting into town if you don't want to walk. The studio was clean and tidy, and cleaned weekly with sheet change. The Netflix was a godsend to us as 1 of us was in bed with food poisoning for a week! ( Not from Chinasol!) The staff are all very friendly and helpful. And the lifts worked consistently.

The lounging chairs were not very comfortable. The 2 single beds pushed together were not very good as they moved alot - would have been nice if the legs were tied together and a double sheet used.

Excellent apartment.

Stayed before, and would use again. Great location, views are brilliant, central, but not noisy. The apartment is very well equipped, lacking nothing. Bernando is an extremely helpful host. Communication with him is great for check-in, etc. Very nice that he puts out wine, water, sweets, and cakes for you. All covid measures adhered to. Wifi and tv streaming - Netflix, etc work really well.

Great Place to stay and enjoy

We were welcomed by Bernardo in a most professional manner. He presented the apartment to us, giving us some printed material about the area and offering any support and help during our visit. The place is sparkling clean, bright and spacious. We found everything we needed and more than that. A bottle of wine and a modern coffee maker with couple of aromatic coffees was such a great addition to this warm welcome. The sea view from the balcony was fantastic. The swimming pool area is also very clean and big enough to chill there and sunbathing for hours. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would love to visit again.

Really well presented studio, lacks nothing, very central, amazing views.

All brand new, quality furniture, linen, etc. Flat lacks nothing. For a studio you don't feel short on space. Host was extremeley helpful. Nice that there is coffee, little cakes, and a bottle of wine on arrival. Good selection of toiletries. Washing- up liquid, sponges, cleaning products provided. Washing machine and netflix are a real bonus. wifi worked very well. Balcony is very private, fantastic views. Covid measures adhered to, and he even provides you with a small bottle of hand gel.

Everything in the apartment was brand new and top quality, will definitely return so we can explore the town.

As we arrived when Spain had just gone on lock down,, we had to stay in the apartment, not ideal but was very comfortable and enjoyed the Netflix probably to much!!

I hope I get to visit again someday. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

No breakfast is provided, but the studio apartment has a kitchenette so you can make your own. The lighting here is the best I've seen. Most places in Europe are sorely lacking for good lighting, but not the apartment on the seventh floor. I am surely going to miss the great view from the balcony.

The shower drain was plugged when I arrived, but once I brought it to Bernardo's attention, it was promptly taken care of.
