Other: Bed linen and towels are provided, WiFi available. Please note that due to the steep and narrow nature of the steps to the top floor, care should be taken when using them, especially with those who suffer from mobility issues or young children.
Outdoors: Garden and terraced area with access to garden furniture, set over multiple levels. Stunning new deck area with glass balcony and large sofa seating. the garden benefits from a Weber BBQ and Ooni Pizza Oven. Please take care on the steps
Parking: There is on street parking available directly outside the property on Crowther's Hill, also on Jawbones Hill close by.
Note: The cottage is located on a steep hill walk from Dartmouth town, that might not suit those with restricted mobility
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.
