Overview:
Welcome to “Give Me S’more”, a house nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac inside the Massanutten Four Seasons Resort and away from the resort traffic. A 2-minute drive to the indoor waterpark, 10-minute drive to the Ski Lodge, and less than 10 minutes to countless restaurants, coffee shops, wineries, breweries, Food Lion (grocery store) and more! On clear winter days, you have a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the back of the house. With four bedrooms and a pull-out couch, there is space for up to 12 guests. For essentials, we provide pillows, sheets, towels, blankets, hand soap, dish soap, and starter packs for paper products.

MPOA Pool Access NEW for July/August of 2024: House pool pass available for July and August (through Labor Day) for access into the Stonewall Terrace Pool. Pass provides access to the pool, but the cost for entry is $6 per day per person.
Game Room: NEW for 2023: Karaoke, DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) and Guitar Hero. The game room boasts several games to enjoy including Foosball, Air Hockey, three different retro arcades with over 1000 games, Virtual Pinball Machine, Xbox One X with subscription to Game Pass Ultimate which unlocks a robust library of games, PS5 pro with subscription to PlayStation Plus which also unlocks a robust library of games, and driving simulator with the following games Gran Tourismo 7, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Need for Speed Payback, and Project Cars 3.
Gym: For guests that like to work out while on vacation, the house includes a Bowflex treadmill, NordicTrack Rower, and other various gym equipment.
Firepit: Relax around the Solo Stove smokeless firepit and roast some marshmallows using the 36” stainless steel S’more sticks.
Entertainment: Exhausted from a full day of enjoying the Resort? We have plenty of spaces around the house for the family to sit together and watch a movie or enjoy “me” time and watch their own shows. The house has four smart TVs (75 inch in Basement, and 55 inch in Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Game Room) all with a subscription to YouTube TV. Guests can also log-in to their own streaming services.

Master (Upstairs): Relax in your private retreat with the best views in the house. Featuring a King Size bed with a Nectar Premier Foam Mattress with a private full bathroom. We provide wireless phone chargers on the nightstands, a 55-inch TV, and a workspace complete with a monitor (BYOL - bring your own laptop).
Queen (Upstairs): Cozy, shabby chic room, with a Queen Nectar Foam Mattress and a wireless phone charger provided on the nightstand.
Bunkbed (Upstairs): The fun room! Twin over a Full bunkbed with a Twin Trundle. The closet contains plenty of toy options to keep the younger guests entertained.
Queen w/Trundle (Basement): A quiet, separate “suite” in the basement, complete with a Foam Mattress on both the Queen and Twin Trundle beds. This room also has a workspace with a monitor (BYOL) and a full bathroom right across the hallway.

Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your family meals, including pots and pans, baking necessities, a stand mixer, electric kettle, Ninja blender, large toaster oven, and even a Margaritaville Margarita Mixer! The dining table seats up to 12 and we do provide a highchair.
Nearby Options: If you prefer to eat out, we provide a number of suggestions in our guest manual, many within 5-15 minute from the house. With Elkton 10 minutes away and Harrisonburg 20 minutes away, there are no shortage of options!

Security: The house has a SimpliSafe security system installed with five outdoor cameras that cover the entry points. Angles of all the cameras are included in the guest manual.
Parking: There is enough room for parking six cars, four in the driveway and two in front of the house (depending on the size of your cars). There is also a level 2 Tesla charger accessible from the driveway. Non-Tesla vehicles can also charge their EVs using a J1772 adapter (not provided).

What a beautiful home!! Our entire family enjoyed spending time in the game room and around the firepit in the evenings. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The owners were extremely responsive and would answer our questions within a minute or two.

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first! There have been some upgrades including a beautiful new patio area for sitting out and roasting marshmallows. As we prepared to leave we all agreed that we hope our visit will be a yearly tradition!

We had a great stay at the property! The hosts were very accommodating and we really enjoyed the game room, fire pit and grill. The outside space is very nice and relaxing and the house was comfortable and spacious for all of us.

We had a great time at Give Me S'More! Our group included two families with kids 4-14, and there was something for everyone to enjoy in the game room. The dining area was generous, which was nice for accommodating our group, something that you don't find at all rentals. We appreciated the proximity to snow tubing, the waterpark, and surrounding restaurants/stores. Everything was very clean, and check-in/out were seamless. Overall, one of the best rentals I've stayed at!

I stayed with my family and a friend’s family. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and stocked with amenities. The game room was a huge hit! It kept the kids entertained as well as the adults. We also enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The property was very close to the market, waterpark and snow tubing. Perfect little getaway. Thank you for hosting our families.

We are so happy we had the privilege of staying at this amazing house for the weekend! It was very clear the owners were extremely thoughtful with decorating each and every room with a decorative theme, plenty of comfortable pillows, blankets, and furniture. One of the most important things we noticed is this house is extremely clean and well stocked with a full kitchen, coffee, all kinds of games for all ages and much more!
Between smart TVs, home devices, AND an entire game room that lights up when speaking to google. This house has the absolute best game room with multiple gaming consoles, a large Air Hockey Table, Pinball, DDR, etc. Your kids will LOVE this room and everything is in great working condition!
This house provided an excellent getaway for our family and is only a couple minutes from the Massanutten Water Park! I highly recommend you and your family book this house!

The house was perfect for our family. The game room was a hit with the guys ages ranging from 8 to 45. There was something for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lived up to the descriptions on the website. Our host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely try to book it again in the future if we come to that area again.

It was great, not much to do because everything was mostly closed on the resort because of staffing. The house was great basement family area could use a heating system like the game room had because it was freezing down there so my family and I didn’t get to utilize that space as much as we would’ve liked to.

The house was in a great location to meet some family members coming from Virginia and Pennsylvania! We enjoyed playing games at the big table and it was close to lots of hiking trails and wineries!

This home was the perfect size and location for our JMU family weekend visit. The house is very clean and has plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hangout and eat. It has a beautiful view from the kitchen and deck, and we enjoyed the mornings. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept very well. Contact with the owners was easy and helpful.

The house gives a cozy feeling and is high tech and fully equipped to meet all needs and more. There is a kids booster seat not mentioned on the listing. The laundry area has baskets. The house was very clean and tidy. There are lots of toys and board games in addition to the awesome game room. There are Plenty of towels and linens to use. Overall we loved staying here and will come back for sure.

This is a great property that has easy access to Shenandoah, Elkton, Massanutten, and Harrisonburg. As expected, the game room was a hit with the kids. There was plenty of bedrooms and living space, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and place settings. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive and helpful. We definitely will look at staying here again if we are ever in the area!

The Home & Property were just perfect for our Extended family! There are plenty of comfy bed space with linens, the Game room was enjoyed by kids of all ages and the backyard was a wonderful place to relax in the evenings. It goes without saying, the Kitchen & Laundry were a necessity and had everything we needed. We used the home while we hiked Shenandoah National Park, went Tubing on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, explored Luray Caverns and shopped the surrounding towns while completing the Virginia Beerwerks Trail. We had a wonderful time and having such a Lovely home to use as a Base for our day trips made our Vacation even better! Thank-you!

Perfect place for a family vacation. No sand or beach chairs to drag! Even though the weather wasn’t ideal we made the best of it:) Luray Caverns was awesome and we also had a great time at the huge water park!
The house was in a great neighborhood was just what we thought it would be.
Very clean and supplied nicely.
Kids loved the big TV downstairs but the game room was the big hit!
Made it to Harrisonburg, checked out the Lavender winery and got some great BBQ from Hanks! Lots to do and see for everyone :)

Wow, we had a terrific time. The house was perfect for the JMU graduation gathering I had for my daughter. The game room was a hit and the fire pit was great for an evening of s’mores! The house could not have been more perfect for our stay! Very clean. Everything you would need and then some. The game room was a giant hit especially with the race car simulator! One of the boys was ALWAYS on it! We did not use the fire pit due to weather however the deck and yard were awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book again when we head to Harrisonburg!

This home is perfect for family getaways. The owners really have thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. The house is very clean and the amenities are great. It is very near to the Waterpark, which is also great. Communication with Fredy was always quick amd efficient. My family really enjoyed their stay and didn't want to leave. Hopefully, we will be back in a few months.

This house was perfect for two families with young kids. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the kids thought the bunk room, toys, and koi pond (with frogs!) were great. More than enough seating at the dining table for our group of 9. We appreciated the high chair for our littlest and there was a small step stool that could be used for kids in the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed - even an electric mixer! The Keurig with pot/pod combo was convenient. Views of the trees and mountains from the kitchen/dining area and deck were lovely and we saw many cardinals and blue jays during our short stay. House was clean and the towels seemed new and very plush. The neighborhood was nice and the water park was only a two minute drive away. Lots of other Massanutten amenities nearby that we didn't have time to check out. We didn't use the fire pit fire due to weather, but the setup looked great. The house was furnished and decorated nicely. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had and provided a very nice welcome guide prior to our stay.
Our only suggestions are to add curtains to the bunk room and lamps to the bedrooms that don't have them. We missed those features, but if they are added this would be a five star property. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was a comfy, high tech house that felt just like home. My friends and I needed a place to relax as we did outdoor activities during the day and this definitely fit the bill. The game room is awesome, the arcade stuff is finicky but that's to be expected. The actual game systems were great as well as the TVs.The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor fire pit area was comfy.
