Phoenix X is located right on the Alabama-Florida Line right next door to the world-famous FloraBama and across the street from The Yacht Club and Ole River Bar and Grill. A great family beach vacation spot, Orange Beach, Alabama, offers amazing experiences like dolphin-sighting cruises, championship golf courses, fishing charters, and nature hikes. If you are interested in heading out and discovering some local attractions and things to do, don't forget to check out Adventure Island, the Wharf Amphitheater, and Orange Beach Waterfront Park.

Parking
• Parking passes are available for $60 each with a max of 2 passes per reservation. Passes must be purchased on-site at the time of arrival. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration.
Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
