Hôtel sympathique pour un court séjour

Le personnel très gentil, un emplacement central et du mobilier récent.

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir. Les viennoiseries sont certes excellentes, mais le yaourt nature "carrefour classic" (un comble lorsque l'on voyage en Normandie) ou la qualité des confitures & miel ainsi que le jus industriel n'est pas bonne du tout. C'est un mauvais rapport qualité-prix, que je recommande uniquement si vous devez prendre la route avant 8h pour dépanner. La chambre est un peu aixigue mais pour une nuit c'est ok !

Excellent choice for a stopover in Caen

This was our second stay. The room was large and the boss is very friendly and had a safe place for our bicycles

Perfect for an overnight stay en route.

Excellent welcome and great storage for our bikes. Ideal central location in terms of access to sights and restaurants. Staff member was very helpful with advice

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was very small, even for a budget hotel, but it didn't really bother me since I was only there to shower and sleep. Room was clean and quiet. It was a little weird that you leave your key at the front desk when you leave the hotel for the day, but the location felt safe.

Great room in excellent condition in a great location.

Good size room for a solo traveller. Room was comfortable and in excellent condition - looked new. All the facilities in the room were excellent - bathroom, TV, lighting. Great location with restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk. There's a tram stops very close by. The manager/ owner was very helpful.

Exceptional

The hotel's location was central, next to the main sightseeings,bars and restaurants. The hotel manager was super kind and smiley, the room was clean and the breakfast very "french" and fresh. We are satisfied

This was an excellent hotel in a central part of the city. Walking distance from the downtown area with great options for eating and entertainment.

The bathroom was a bit cramped but nothing out of the ordinary for a European hotel.

Despicable, pathetic and very unprofessional. I wouldn't even attempt to rate it

Between you and the hotel you should make it clear when there is no elevator available. Too many stairs, no assistance and your unwillingness to refund is pathetic, There was nothing to like from the moment we stepped in.

As per above. Disgraceful behaviour from both parties, you as the company and the hotel itself.

The perfect location for a week away. Spotlessly clean, and wonderful hosts.

I'm glad we chose to stay at Hotel Astrid because the team were so welcoming and helpful. We felt safe here. The location was brilliant - easy walking distance to most of the main attractions in Caen as well as bars, restaurants, and the city centre. Great transport links. The rooms and linnen were extremely clean. Beds were comfortable.

located in a central area, all the major Caen sites were within walking reach. The owner of the Hotel and his wife were very helpful and really kind. The room was very clean.
