With 3-Bedrooms, Den, 2.5 Bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Breakfast Nook and Full Kitchen you have all you need for fun. We have years of experience with home rentals. We just moved from out of state to beautiful Arizona. This home has just been entirely painted, fully stocked, cleaned throughout and has all the essentials for a relaxing family getaway.

This property is even lovelier in person than the photos and reviews suggest. The home was well stocked with paper goods, ample seasonings and kitchen essentials, plentiful and good quality linens, and more. The backyard was a wonderful place to spend sunny days in the pool and evenings around the fire pit. We paid the fee to heat the pool/spa and were glad we did as it made those amenities useful for our late-March trip. The equipment is set up so that either the pool or the spa can be heated at any one time, which requires a bit of planning if you'd like to switch between the two, but it worked out fine for us and Michael was readily available to show us what to do when we arrived. Communication from the host was top-notch. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home that is very conveniently located to the Spring Training game and golf courses that we went to. Lots of eating places nearby also. This place was extremely clean. It was just as advertised and we will not hesitate to book again. Loved it!

I was on my own for 4 wks until my family joined me. Home is well maintained and close to grocery markets, Pharmacy, general shopping and Surprise Stadium where spring baseball training games happens. My family and I enjoyed both the heated pool and sauna.

We stayed in AZ for a week long baseball tournament. Mike’s property was the perfect t location for the games. Close to stores and restaurants. The house was amazing. Plenty of space for 2 families. The bed in the master bedroom is VERY firm and deceivingly comfortable! I will say the 2 twin beds in one of the rooms was the smallest twins I’ve seen but it worked well for the 2 boys that were with us. If you are very tall, it might be a challenge. The home was perfect thought for what we needed and Mike was SUPER responsive! I reached out for various things during our days and he was so helpful and attentive! The pool is amazing and sail shade was a great touch! I would definitely stay there again and recommend for anyone to stay there for baseball or for just an AZ getaway!

The house was great. All of the space was useable . The pool area is great with the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The house was impeccably clean up on arrival. We cooked Easter dinner and there were plenty of spices etc..... We will be back next year !!!!!!

I booked a home in Surprise Arizona from Sunday to Thursday. I paid an additional $160 to heat the spa. The next morning the homeowner asked to check the pool the morning after I checked in, I obliged. He sent me a bill for $560 for future heating of his pool which I was not utilizing, I was only going to use the spa. On Monday evening the homeowner began banging on the front door and ringing the doorbell. I called 911 while on the phone the homeowner barged in the home. The Surprise police responded promptly and had him wait outside while I got dressed as I was in bed in my pajamas when he entered. The police kept the homeowner away and spoke with both of us. I loaded up my vehicle and was told to leave the property since I would not pay his additional $500 in fees and he was evicting me for non-payment. I never agreed to these additional fees or service, it is fraudulent. The homeowner offered to refund. When I spoke with VRBO they told me he was refunding two days, I only stayed one of the four nights, this host shouldn’t be allowed to keep his host fees after kicking me out and entering the home without permission. The VRBO rep was very understanding while I was crying about the situation and him entering the home while I was sleeping. She contacted the homeowner who said he never entered the home and called me on the telephone. This is a lie and the 911 was a recorded line. This host is a fraud and should be banned from VRBO.

This house was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 teenage daughters. The house was impeccably clean and Mike was very responsive to our questions. The backyard is beautiful, relaxing oasis. Will definitely stay again when we come back.
