Supplies are provided to get you started: including toilet paper, detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, plates and blows, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, knives, some cooking spices, mixing bowls, baking pans, dishwasher, microwave, and BBQ utensils. Essential appliances and ample counter space allow you to create meals of any size.

Laundry is in the garage.

Backyard is very private and quiet with screened-in patio area for eating and relaxing. A BBQ grill is just outside the screened door.

Front porch has 2 rocking chairs to get some quiet time to enjoy a coffee in the morning with your favourite book, evening glass of wine, or just a space to wind down.

Guests will have easy access to the property with clear instructions provided on the day of your booking. It is self check-in at 4pm. There is a long driveway that can allow for 4-5 cars

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

⌦ NO HOSTED EVENTS ALLOWED! This is a quiet residential neighbourhood.
⌦ NO pets!
⌦ NO trailer or boat parking. $250 nightly parking fees will incur.
⌦ NO smoking inside the house or covered patio. We will charge a fine of $500 for breaking our no-smoking rules.
⌦ ALL adults in your party must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by a family member.
⌦ Neighbourhood quiet hours are observed from 10pm-7am.

CLEANING: We make every attempt to keep our home spotless! A professional cleaning crew with years of experience cleans the home after every guest. While we strive for perfection but are all human. There may be times when something is missed or overlooked. If that occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work to have the cleaners revisit to correct the oversite. This would also include light bulbs that burn out.

PESTS: Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, frogs, small snakes, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. If that happens, please notify us right away and we will rectify the situation at the earliest convenience. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects.

DECOR: We often update and improve our home. During your stay you may notice new/different bedding, rugs, throw pillows, décor, and possibly furniture that differ from the photos you booked with.
