This 3 bedroom, 2.5 Bath Beach Beauty is located on the second row in the heart of Beachtown which sits at the eastern tip of Galveston Island. Its convenient location is only minutes away from the Strand District (home to a wide variety of shops, historical points of interest, art galleries, museums, and the Pleasure Pier. Upon entering the home, at second level, there is a foyer with a sitting area to enjoy private time relaxing with a book. One of the bedrooms, with a private bath, is also located on this level and has French doors that open onto the wrap-a-round porch with a beach view. The bath offers a glass surround shower with a 6-setting showerhead for relaxation and heated flooring. An elevator awaits to take you up to the 3rd floor where you will discover breath taking views of the beach. The home is designed with an open concept that joins the living room, dining area and kitchen together. This design has vaulted ceilings adorned with custom wood and beams. The living area has a large, mounted TV and a fireplace surrounded with natural sunlight and beach views. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking and catching up with family and friends. The marble island comes with barstools so that the chef does not miss out on conversations. The bedroom with custom built-in bunks is located on this level along with the third bedroom that has a queen-sized bed. All three bedrooms offer mounted TVs for your entertainment.

The house was great, the locks were not. We had to get a maintenance man who in turn had to call another maintenance man to unlock when we first got there. Whenever we left, we had to leave it unlocked because the key wouldn’t work. We tried to shut the garage since the door was unlocked but the carriage doors wouldn’t shut.
