Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom getaway on beautiful Lake Norman! This home is nestled in a quiet cove, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet close enough to the main channel waterside restaurants and activities. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake from the massive deck or take a dip in the water from your very own private boat dock. Our home is equipped with blazing fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, multiple living spaces, and a pool table to keep everyone entertained.

Gather around the fire pit to make s'mores and tell stories with your loved ones. Take a short boat ride to lakeside restaurants for a delicious meal, or cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen. Reach out to us right away with any questions!

Our newly updated house is as comfy as they come! And has lake-facing windows throughout to allow plenty of natural light and views of the highly desired lake. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a pool table, an electric fireplace, a kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, crock pot, and microwave. Wi-fi powered with 100mb and Smart TVs in every bedroom to allow for streaming of all your favorite movies or series.

It immediately feels like home, with a comfy couch, ottoman, and a cozy fireplace to gather around. Come here to unwind with a book or take a quick nap.

★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
This fully equipped kitchen with its dining area feels and looks like your personal tavern. The spacious dining area is right next to the kitchen and has a corner window view of the lake. Serve your delicious meals at the dining table if you choose to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

★ BATHROOMS ★
To provide you with the most carefree stay imaginable, the home provides you with 2 full and 1 half bathroom. Stocked with premium towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for maximum comfort and convenience.

I'm not sure there's a much larger deck than this on Lake Norman! The upper deck boasts several comfortable seating and dining areas while providing a birds eye view of the private cove and open water. Whether you're looking for deep water to swim out to or have some standing room for the kiddos, this location fits your needs.

There is a boat ramp and a boat dock, so bring your own and tie it up. It's a quick drive to some lakeside restaurants or the open channel.

We had a fun family stay at this lakefront home featuring a great kitchen, and a cool downstairs family room, with additional kitchenette, comfy seating, and a pool table! Wish the upper deck cushions in better shape. They need replacing!

Positives: Nice property-big private dock (had a ladder too)-very close to water-quiet neighborhood-lots of kitchen gadgets (coffee too)-roomy-great air-conditioning-extras like roasting sticks, grill & floats were very nice-comfortable furniture inside-pool table was fun-rented a boat for 3 days from local marina & were staying by the lake with a dock so boat rental company dropped off & picked up boat-very convenient-fire pit outside was great. Negatives: Large deck was quite nice however furniture on the deck was really dirty (like it had not been cleaned all summer)-several lights did not work in the house (maybe just burned out bulbs-couldn't reach them) so it was kind of dark (especially the kitchen) & there are so many switches on the walls in every room that it was difficult to figure out what they all controlled-broken tile in the primary bathroom shower had mold growing around it. The inside of the house was quite clean however the caretakers should pay some attention to the outside areas also (as these areas are important to folks in the warm weather months). Overall I would definitely stay at this property again as the positives far out weighed the negatives. We GREATLY appreciated the fact that we were not asked to perform numerous housekeeping tasks before leaving (I have stayed at places where the renters are expected to basically clean the entire house before leaving). We only were asked to take the trash out & start the dishwasher-THANK YOU for that!

We had a family birthday getaway at this wonderful property, and we all agreed that it was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults and one infant. The home was very clean and comfortable, with ample bathroom supplies and a full kitchen. The location is private with a large dock area for fishing and sunbathing, and we took advantage of both (as well as the kayak that was available!). The property manager was prompt in answering our questions, and we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor amenities that this property offered. We highly highly recommend!

The property was very clean, and it looked exactly as advertised in the photos. The check-in process was very simple,and Tessa was very responsive to any of my questions. She referred me to a boat rental company, and they called me to set up a boat rental for our stay. This was a great trip for my family!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. Enjoyed a few days of fishing and just relaxing. I would recommend this property to friends and family. The host was very easy to contact and that is important.

I didn't know where to begin. This house was more than we could have asked for. So picturesque as we were lakeside and the house was so cozy. Very spacious and nice layout for our group of eight. Everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. It was so nice to be able to cook one or two meals at home in a fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay a little outside of Charlotte. It's in a secluded, quiet area about 45 minutes away from the airport. Not at all in the city, yet we had plentiful restaurant options.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home is beautiful and up to date with many great luxury features. This home is well stocked and provided a nice relaxing retreat for my wife and our parents while we visited our family near by. Off the beaten path, but still close to anything you could need. Our host was excellent in communicating with us. We had absolutely no problems while staying here. We would highly recommend this property to others. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you to our host Tessa for making our visit so wonderful.

My family of 9 from ages 1-1/2 to 68 had the best vacation together! We absolutely loved everything about this property!! It was relaxing for adults and fun for the kids. We can't wait to go back. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything that we needed.
