The house was great. Enough room for all 13 of us to spread out..ages 3-69. All enjoyed the deck and fire table and hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a crowd. The resort was great and we were close to activities such as Luray Caverns, hiking in the Skyline Drive, wineries , breweries, go karts, mini golf, swimming and fishing!!

We had our oven blow, and the management company had an oven delivered and installed the very next day! Their communication was awesome as they kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you all!

Provided adequate feedback throughout my stay

Really nice house with plenty of space and lots of nearby attractions.

This house was perfect for our family (ranging in ages from 7 months to 85 years). House was beautiful and well-stocked with amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the pool table (a tight space for some shots but still fun), hot tub, deck space, and front porch. Teenagers loved the bunk room! Master suite was huge. We used the high chair for the baby, too. We enjoyed many of the resort activities, including the pool, water park, mini-golf, and adventure area (zip line, rock climbing, tube slide). We visited the national park often and also some local breweries and wineries. We also enjoyed just walking through the neighborhood and watching the deer. Had one minor issue with a broken toilet handle, and the management fixed it immediately. Driveway is on a steep slope, but we did have plenty of space for four cars. Just made sure our older generation parked closest to the front door. A great vacation spot with many opportunities for both activity and relaxation.

We enjoyed it it & made do-but could be a closer place for the trash-that was unhandy!!!!! And there needs to be a bigger hot water heater or if not bigger maybe put 2 in- maybe new mattresses on the bunk beds

We absolutely loved staying here during our vacation in Massanutten. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, kitchen was very well stocked, and there was plenty of seating, bath towels, pillows, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures in the listing don’t capture the true beauty or size of this home. Literally everything we needed was supplied in the home, even a Christmas Tree. We had a great time & Susan was great in responding to any questions we se t her way.

Beautiful spacious home with a well stocked kitchen in a good location.
We really enjoyed our stay, spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds.

Our biggest complaint is that we were charged $71.00 for 3 towels and a fitted sheet that we did not take or dispose of. So make sure to ask for a towel/sheet tally because you're not getting your money back! If you're cooking there bring EVERYTHING you need as far as condiments. There is ONLY pepper there. Also bring a sharp knife.
The owner forgot to send the key code, but fortunately we were able to contact her. There was no follow through on getting the fireplace to work though.
It's clean but not clean/clean. The edges and corners are missed and a lot of doors have stuff splashed on them.
The location is great and we loved the open downstairs.

Wonderful property! Plenty of space for the whole family and the house was immaculate
We loved staying here!!!

Nice home

Beautiful, clean and well maintained cottage with fully equipped kitchen. Nice view from both the decks with a working hot-tub. We had a wonderful time at the property. its within the Massanutten resort with lots of adventures around like zip lining, go kart, obstacles courses etc. Area around the pool table downstairs is a little tight, but we managed well.

The process to rent was easy. The house was clean and met all of our needs. We really enjoyed it. Plenty of room for all of us.

Excellent home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Clean, with all needed amenities. We had slight issue with the hot tub that was immediately addressed and corrected. Thank you...

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home was well kept and spacious so that every could spread out and wasn’t right on top of each other if we didn’t want to be. The only complaints we have are that the pictures showed an outdoor heater on one of the back decks and that was not presses to. Since our trip was in the middle of winter and we had a couple of smokers in our group, we were sad that it wasn’t actually there for when they needed to be outside in the cold to smoke. The second complaint is that there was nothing available to scrub any dishes that may need it after cooking. Only a soft rag and brush.
Wi to that being said neither of those two things would deter us from returning to this property in the future. We had a wonder time.

We were a day of booking after having to find new accommodations when our original air b n b turned out filthy & not as advertised. This beautiful, spacious, welcoming, fully stocked home saved our family's New Year vacation. We couldn't have been more pleased with it. Plenty of room for us to be together and each of us to have their own space to recharge. Highly recommend this home in massanutten resort ❣️

This year we decided to have a family Christmas in the mountains and I am so very grateful to have come across this property. Susan was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant to work with the entire time. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures my family said on multiple occasions this property was made for our family layout and everyone was comfortable. I could go on for days as to how much we enjoyed ourselves. The neighbors were friendly, and there was even a Christmas tree up and we were able to place all the gift under the tree as the children were not sure if Santa would be able to visit on vacation. There was also a couple of binders left by the owners with so much good information about restaurants (including menus) and activities in the area, actually we had couples date night one night using some of the suggested activities and restaurants. This didn't feel like a vacation home it felt like home away from home. Just to add the wifi was excellent, televisions and cable/streaming included in every room and very spacious. Our family couldn't be more grateful and we are so thankful as we made memories that will last a lifetime.!!! If we ever did this again, I would choose this same property ten times over!!

We had seven women quilting in the living room all week.
We cooked all our own meals easily in the open kitchen.
We had a wonderful time, visited several quilt shops and the quilt museum in Harrisonburg.

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home! There’s so much to do

Our extended family (grandparents and two families of 4) gathered for a reunion at Moccasin Mountain Lodge. This was our 5th year of vacationing in the Massanutten Resort and we loved this home -- perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked. The family room was spacious and could seat everyone comfortably. The variety of bedrooms split across 3 floors allowed early risers/late sleepers to get the rest they needed. It was nice to have a first-floor master for the grandparents. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Owners were very quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the grill. We would happily return to this property in the future.

This Qasim a great house. Perfect for our family. So clean and warm feeling. Would stay here again. Love it

Stayed at this home for our daughter’s graduation from JMU. The only complaint is we didn’t extend it longer so we could enjoy all the house and the area had to offer. House was very warm, inviting and comfortable. The area is very tranquil. This home had everything we needed. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive throughout the process, we even had to change the dates a bit due to changes to graduation because of covid restrictions, she was very easy to work with and very accommodating. My family had a wonderful time! Thank you so very much for sharing your wonderful home with us! Maybe we will be back to visit for a little relaxation in the future!

We had a great weekend staying at this beautiful home. Good location. Parking was plenty. House was well equipped to meet our needs. Just wished checkout was a little later, but I do understand time is needed to flip the home for the next guest.
4.8
Cousins meeting for the first time, brothers renewing bonds, grandparents reveling in the joy of family. We had a terrific time.
4.8
Only thing I didn't like was overdue bill of $97.00 after I got home today.
4.8
My family and I needed a mini getaway to just relax and this beautiful home allowed us to do just that. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub felt amazing. Susan was a pleasure to work with and made my reservation process fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this home.

Susan’s house was the perfect fit for our family gathering. It had everything we needed for a long weekend and Susan was so accommodating. We will definitely stay again!
4.8
This was a great house for spending time with family and had a lot to do near by when we needed to get out for a while.
4.8
The location of this house is great. We left the resort every day and it was easy to get to Harrisonburg, the Skyline drive, the Grand Caverns and more. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a washer and dryer to do laundry.
If you are looking for a baby/toddler friendly house this one works, but there are a few things to be aware of. The crib was set up for an infant and there were no tools to lower the mattress so it didn't work for my 17 month old. She could have fallen out if she had popped up on her knees or tried to stand up. Thankfully there was a pack N play in the closet, otherwise I wouldn't have had a place for my baby to sleep. The stairs are pretty steep and I didn't find a baby gate so you just have to keep on your mobile babies to ensure they don't go up the stairs.
We only had 5 adults and 1 baby during our stay so there was plenty of room for everyone.
The cleaning crew missed a few things before we arrived. There was a pile of trash at the top of the stairs when we arrived. They must have swept the floor and forgot to come back throw that pile away. The toilet in the basement wasn't clean as well. Nothing crazy, just a few oversights by the cleaning crew. The rest of the house was very clean.
Overall I'm glad we booked this house and would book again

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for 8 adults and 2 small children. We loved the hightop square table for meals. Great location.
