Solides Businesshotel.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Solides Frühstück mit verschiedene Optionen. Personal sehr gut bei Empfang und Abrechnung. Lage gut für Aktivitäten auf dem alten AEG Gelände. Innenstadt mit der U-Bahn fast direkt vor dem Hotel gut erreichbar.

Immerhin gibt es einen Wasserkocher, der aber eine Wackelkontakt hat(te).

Geräumiges Zimmer, großes und bequemes Bett, Lage nicht zentral aber in U-Bahn Nähe.

Das personal war unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach für den Preis! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unpassend.

Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht da waren würden wir wiederkommen

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das freundliche auftreten des Personals. Vor allem das sehr ausgewogene frühstück. Die Ideale Verkehrsanbindung.

Frühstück sehr gut, Teekocher am Zimmer, Tee und Kaffee jederzeit in der Lobby kostenlos, Lobby 24 Stunden besetzt, Personal geht auf Wünsche ein

Es war wunderschön

Kurze Gehstrecke bis zur U Bahn, entspannt und freundliche Menschen im Hotel, auch das Personal, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank im Zimmer ganz toll, Café jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung….

Die Parkplätze sind etwas zu eng.

The hotel was nicely located, right next to a metro station. The staff were really nice and helpful. Facilities were very clean.

The double bed was separated so we had to keep pushing it together.

Breakfast and location were awesome! Rooms were comfortable.

We had some problems keeping the water inside the shower when washing my hair. Our first room had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, but the staff quickly placed us in another room with a working unit.

No room despite confirmation and advanced payment

I cannot share any positive experience about the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute no-go! Despite making a reservation, pre-pay the hotel before arrival and receiving a booking confirmation the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available. I arrived late at night after a long trip. The hotel staff is not helping their clients out and only express how sorry they are. There was no proactive behaviour and no solution has been provided or at least has been tried to be provided. Furthermore, since all has been paid in advance I would have expected a phone call prior to my arrival. I would not advise to book this hotel. I was traveling alone and had to sleep in the car and was happy I was not traveling with the familiy to this hotel. An absolute no-go, a confirmation and advanced payment is worth nothing to them.

A lovely hotel with dedicated staff.

Excellent facilities and lovely breakfast Very helpful, friendly staff Reasonably priced laundry facilities Very close to underground station with regular trains to city centre (and Fruth in the opposite direction)

Enjoyed the stay

Basically everything was fine, staff was very friendly and ready to help although Hotel was fully booked. Underground station is at 2 minutes distance which is great for travelling with öpnv

Due to public holiday the hotel was fully booked so the WLAN/Internet Access was overloaded so response times were very slow or timed out. Worked much better during night.

A very good location with easy access via underground to town centre. BW Hotels have certainly updated this hotel and it is clean, well presented and with secure on site parking at a reasonable cost. Most staff on reception were very helpful and the rooms are very well designed with extra touches eg fridge and complementary bottles of water. The breakfast was excellent in all respects with cheerful helpful staff . We appreciated the bar being staffed.

The pillows were too soft and ‘squishy’.
