This was the second time that my husband and I had stayed in this same 1-bed apartment. Mallorca Suites is located in the heart of the old town with easy access across the city, to the seafront and also to public transport. Secure access to the building and the apartment and a working elevator. We used this as a base to explore Palma and take day trips to other towns on the island of Mallorca. The bedroom is cosy, the bed is very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was a good supply of clean towels including 2 x beach towels, clean bed linen, and an easy-to-use washing machine in a separate utility room in the apartment. Kitchen is well-equipped - my husband loves to have the option of cooking sometimes and we sometimes had coffee in the apartment before venturing out. There's a small terrace (for standing, no room for furniture/sitting) which is enough if a guest wants to smoke. The air conditioning is very effective with the option for different temperatures in the bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. Comfortable lounge seating, great free Wifi, good water pressure in the shower. Less than 5 mins walk to small well-supplied supermarket, Coaliment (previous name was Bip), for snacks, drinks, fruit & vegetables, packaged meats & cheeses, etc. Great option for couples, or friends, with larger apartments available for friends and family groups.

We really enjoyed our 2nd stay at Mallorca Suites, this time in a one-bed apartment with my husband but we've also stayed in the 3-bed apartment with terrace with 2 friends. Very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable short or longer stay (we stayed 10 nights) - for example, good gentle shower gel and body lotion, additional towels and bedding, washing machine (airer, ironing board and iron too), fully equipped kitchen (we had breakfast there, made some salads and my husband cooked fish in the oven), comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe space, comfortable and spacious kitchen/ lounge area, very good Wifi. Located in the heart of the old town with cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and major sights very closeby. There's a decent BIP supermarket nearby for basic grocery shopping.

Was quite concerned as hadn't heard directly from the Mallorca Suites with regard to how we were supposed to get in etc. I sent a message when we arrived and the guy turned up within a couple of minutes to let us in. Apartment was nice and airy, very clean, complimentary water and toiletries. We asked if the apartment was available for a couple of hours after check out time and we was given the extra hours for no charge! I had read that there is no lift and so stairs are a major hurdle - there is a lift!! We used it all the time. This place is situated perfectly - right in the middle of everything. So many places to eat/drink/shop. 5 minutes walk to get a cab. The downside to this apartment was the noise from a party wall - not one of the other apartment, but a neighbour. Having siesta was a waste of time and they didn't appear to go to bed very early either - the sound of furniture scraping along the floor was very annoying!

This is the best place with ideal conditions to stay in Palma de Mallorca. It had everything we needed in the right place. A very conveniet appartment in the heart of the old city, near the touring attractions. Quiet and all you need you can shop nearby.

In centre of old down, everything within a short walked. Beautifully kept and clean. Beds very comfortable as was sofa etc. Will have no hesitation of rebooking later in year.

Fabulous apartment, centrally located, nicely equipped, with great customer service to top it all off. This was a last minute choice, but a great choice. Virtually central to the capital, a mere 10 minutes maximum stroll in any direction to all you could want. From the train station, to the sea, via a myriad of gorgeous alleys and walkways you can wander around to find it all. The apartment is lovely. A secure doorway, stairs and a lift take you up to whatever floor your on. The main room has a lounge with l-shaped settee, which converts to a bed, a huge LG HD TV, free Wi-Fi for the apartment, a dining area and a very useable kitchen stocked with hob, over, Nespresso machine and a kettle - as Brits we need a good brew. The bedroom has two singles pushed together to make a huge comfy bed. There's a wardrobe, chair and bedside cabinets. The bathroom is very good, with a waterfall / normal shower option, a wealth of towels, and some nice little bottles of shower gels, shampoos, etc. We arrived in Palma early, and as it was out of season was allowed into the apartment early. Everything was just great. Outside the door are cafes and restaurants, from known brands to quiet retreats for the locals. Mini-markets are found dotted around, along with two main markets, both with supermarkets inside them. We will return, and we will be booking here again.
