Sleep will come easy in the quiet bedrooms. The bedrooms are similar

The Harbor View Bedroom has a Cal King bed, dresser, closet and TV. It is a small room for a king but we listened and you asked for a king! Hotel style linens and water view!

The Garden View Bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet and TV. This room is a few inches smaller so we kept the queen here and gave you some additional walking room. This one has an ensuite too.
*Both bedrooms have two steps from the hallway to the bedrooms.

The two bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and bathroom basics - soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. for your convenience.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING☆☆
This harbor view bungalow is within walking distance of several local bars and restaurants, but on the nights you want to stay in and cook at home, this kitchen has everything you need. The well-stocked kitchen features custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and cookware, you will feel right at home. Also, essentials like olive oil, vinegar, and a spice rack, so bring your groceries!

Doors lead from the living room to the sunny patio, allowing plenty of sunlight to fill the room during the day. Subtle beach decor adds fun and flair to the lounge area and helps keep you in "vacation mode." You'll find a comfortable leather sofa sleeper, loveseat, an armchair, a simple coffee table in the middle, modern desk space in one corner, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV on the wall.

A dining area sits in between the kitchen and the living room. The long rectangular dining table can seat six.

If you're looking for a home with a view, this is it! The outside space makes this gorgeous home stand out from the rest. Open up the doors from the living room and step out onto the private patio that overlooks the harbor. Enjoy lunch under the shady umbrella and watch the boats glide in and out of the channel. The fire pit will add the perfect ambiance to your evening watching the boats.

Fire up the BBQ for a family lunch or dinner outside, or eat leftovers from the restaurant down the street in the sun. When the sun goes down, sit around the fire pit and watch the city come alive with lights and music. Another shady outdoor hangout spot has been added outside the main bedroom, including futon seating under a sleek new Gazebo.

The back patio is securely fenced with various seasonal herbs in the garden.

The house has central air conditioning and heating, an electric fireplace, games, romance novels, and children's books. Beach towels in the closet, super-fast Spectrum WiFi, and streaming Smart TVs in every room.

We have two KAYAKS and life vests for your use. Put them in their caddie wheels and launch just across the street at Hobie Beach!

☆☆DOGS WELCOME!☆☆
We know you love to travel with your fur babies! We are happy to host them with NO ADDITIONAL FEE. We do ask that you bring them groomed and on a flea program. Also, please be good pet parents and clean up after their waste and excess hair. We have a basket of older towels, a couch blanket, waste bags, pet bowls, and a take-home leash. :)
