Helemaal goed

De studio zag er mooi uit, alles was aanwezig. Keuken, vaatwasser, wasmachine. Het zag er allemaal schoon en netjes uit, het bed lag goed. We waren erg tevreden met alles.

Great for working with good location and value for money

Noli Malmi has most of the basic amenities and then extra you can borrow on each floor. The studio is of good size and the location is great, as it's next to the train and bus stations with connections all over Helsinki. The gym is good and conveniently open 24/7.

The room was not very clean. There was dirt and dust on the window sill and on top of the wall power outlets, and the wooden floor had clearly not been washed between quests. A floor towel in the bathroom would also be a good addition, since it's quite small and the shower door does not stop water.

Great place to work with excellent amenities

The location is great, right next to a train station on the main line to Helsinki and the airport. The room has everything I needed, and I could borrow the rest for free. Being able to do laundry and go to the gym are amazing extras.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned as well as I had hoped, and there were black hairs on the floor & dust around the shower door.

Wonderful stay.

I loved how easy it was to get to the accommodation and you have an entire apartment to yourself with amenities inside for cooking and cleaning. There was housekeeping every other day, who were incredibly nice, as well as more amenities on each floor that you can rent out. I solo-travelled for the first time and I'd recommend Noli Malmi to everyone; with the location being stops away from the airport and the centre of Helsinki, the metro being two minutes away and the shopping centre a few more. It's also quiet, which is something I also enjoy, and the patrons and hosts that you meet during your visit are friendly. I'm definitely coming back here on my next visit to Finland!

Modern, super-functional studio with very good price-quality ratio

Noli Malmi definitely exceeded my expectations. Super good value for the money. Modern, super-functional room / apartment with everything you would need. I really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay again. Also location is very convenient, price also much more affordable han in downtown. 10/10! Thank you!

Todella hyvä hinta laatu suhde!

Uusi, kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Hyvä sijainti kaikin puolin. Mukava henkilökunta, mitä ehdin nähdä. Siistiä! Osa tavaroista, esim hiustenkuivain yhteiskäytössä käytävän lokerikosta , ihan järkevää, voi tulla yllätyksenä vaan. Sauna kuulema upea, ota uikkarit mukaan!

Jos saavut autolla, niin osoitetietoja ei löytynyt mistään parkkipaikalle, vaan piti soittaa. Osoite on muuten K.H. Wiikin katu, jos joku muu etsii tietoa. Tätä ei kerrottu esim siinä vaiheessa, kun etukäteen varasin parkkiruudun. Välisiivous oli aivan turha, mitään ei oltu tehty, vaikka asiasta tuli noin 10 viestiä. Sinällään en kyllä siivousta kaivannutkaan 3 yön majoituksessa. Opasteet heikohkot, esim parkkipaikan kerrosta ei hississä,on muuten 1.krs, jos etsit tietoa.

Mukavaa majoittumista

Noli Malmi oli tosi kiva paikka, kun oli tarve yöpymiselle. Huone oli erittäin tilava ja siisti ja tosi hyvin varusteltu. Sängyt ja peitot olivat mukavat. Lyhyessä vierailussa pesu- ja tiskikone ei ollut tarpeen, mutta niiden ansiosta viihtyisi varmasti pidempäänkin. Ainut miinus huoneessa oli se, että viereisen hissin äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen selvästi. Sauna oli siisti ja hieno, kannattaa käydä!. Kokoustila järjesty myös käyttöön helposti. Vaikka aamupalaa ei ollut saatavilla, omilla eväillä ja huoneen kätevillä pikkusuodatinkahveilla sai tehtyä aamukahvin hyvin. Henkilökunta paikalla oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Lämmin suositus!

Yli kuukauden majoittumiseen

Ainakin ns isompi huone oli hyvin varusteltu, mutta TV puuttui.

Tarkoitettu selvästi pidempiaikaiseen majoittumiseen. Huoneessa ei ole TV:tä ja parkkipaikat käytännössä vain pitkäaikaisia majoittujia varten. Ympäristö rauhaton.

Nykyaika muutos! Tabletti, ei midän muuta, puuttuu booging.com kautta selvät ohjestukse tai linkki vara autopaikka etukäten. Puuttu hissi ohjestus monella kielellä. Rukoapaikan keittiö auki vain 7 asti ja suljetaan kokonaan 20:00 :ta Asiakas palvelia talossa ja ilmeistui näkyvillä vasta noin kahekymmen minuttiin päästä. Miksi ei voinut tulla heti kui soitimme.

La struttura molto accogliente e pulita, il personale molto simpatico cordiale e disponibile Ottima anche la posizione attaccato alla fermata del bus e alla stazione per i treni

La camera era un po’ rumorosa con il frigo e il riscaldamento di notte non era piacevole

Entspanntes Ambiente, sehr zu Empfehlen

die Lage war für mich zentral , da ich auch das Umfeld von Helsinki besucht habe und der ZOB/Metro direkt neben dran war. Beim elektronischen Einchecken ist mir mit viel Geduld zur Seite gestanden.

Нам очень понравился этот отель, решили останавливаться только в нём, когда будем бывать в Хельсинки

Мне очень понравилась возможность бесконтактной регистрации, чистота в номере, наличие всего необходимого: кухня, бытовая техника, посуда и очень удобная постель :) Приятный сюрприз - тёплый пол в туалете Расположение отеля - мы специально выбирали в этом районе - 5 минут езды от наших друзей, которые живут в Хельсинки.

Парковка для автомобиля - открытая и небесплатная.

Simple, clean, comfortable bed, nice sauna and very convenient ( near bus and train stops, grocery stores ) There's a vacuum, iron + iron board every floors. That's pretty good idea for a quick fresh up yourself.

Clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Location is very close to the airport. Spacious sauna is available during morning and afternoon. Check-in and check-out are effortless. Lice lounge with working areas.

No breakfast option is available. The restaurant on the ground floor opens only at lunch time. Location is rather far from city center. Only half roll of toilet paper was provided with no option to fetch extra.

Good stay for one night, not too far away from the airport

Very stylish, cool shared rooms (even though idk if I could have used them)

The corners of the beds (where the plugs are, was dirty), no bath mat to step on when you head out of the shower, bed kind of small for two people

Consigliato!

Everything great! Noli studios is not a typical hotel, but almost a big (with multiple apartments) home, where you can find everything you need (sauna, billiards, kitchen, restaurant, utilities...). The room was clean and modern. 2 minutes on foot from the metro station Malmi.

Nice hotel to spend a night before or after your flight from Vantaa airport at reasonable price

It is nice hotel close to Malmi station on the train route from the Vantaa airport to Helsinki. It takes a short train ride to get from the airport to Malmi and back to the airport. Trains are frequent, once in ten minutes. Then it is about five minutes walk to the hotel. You will need to take the lift up from the Malmi platrofm and then go to the East on the sidewalk along the overpass over the rail tracks. It is easy to do this walk with one piece of luggage on wheels in your hand. The room and washroom were very clean and quiet. I stayed in the first floor room. There is shopping mall in ten minutes walking to the North from the hotel. This shopping mall has a small food court. Across the overpass from that shopping mall you can also go to Prisma food and convenience store. I was able to store my luggage at the hotel when I arrived at 9 a.m. before the check in time. Check in and check out are self-serviced.

Good place to sleep one night

Nice room, clean and tidy, big enough. Pet friendly. Contacts with staff worked fine. Enough for one night stay.

Compared to the size of the room, the bed was narrow. Hard to sleep. The door system did not work properly, my co-traveller was there before me and although I was told so, I could not use my code any more. Luckily my co-traveller was in the room and came to open the door for me. Quite difficult access with car.

Wonderful last days of our Finland trip

We very much liked the studio at Noli! Very clean, well equipped with all facilities included. Also nearby the train station to the center of Helsinki and from or to the airport (each 10-20min there was a train)

It may have been nice to have some coffee or tea for the morning or evening for shorter stays.

Excellent location, comfortable stay

The main thing to like about this place is its location. You arrive at the Malmi train station and you can actually see the hotel from the platform, it's only 5 minutes walk. As the trains to the city center (the main railway station) leave every 10 minutes and take less than 20 minutes to get you there - it was just wonderful. Also, in the opposite direction you can have a ride to the airport from the same Malmi train station. As for the room, it was very nice and surprisingly it had all the necessary kitchen equipment one could need (including very specific utensils like potato peeler and so on).

A kitchen tea-towel and a sponge for hand-washing the dishes (you don't run a dishwasher for a single plate) would have been nice - but that's not something to spoil my stay, it's just that if the management reads these reviews - this is something that I was missing and maybe it would be useful for others too. Otherwise, everything was great, I was surprised on how thoughtful everything is.
