Not centered but very serviced area

Working area, tv/videogame room, primate booth for calls, and well the sauna and the gym were just amazing!

Herttoniemi is in zone B. Very close to the centre but you always have to consider those 15-20 min metro journey (3,10€ each way) if you want to reach the centre while if you book any other hotel in the centre everything is in walking distance.

Perfect in every way. I will use it again.

The place was great all round. The space was well-designed, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the room had a great range of facilities. The staff were really friendly and the cleaners deserve a bonus, the place was spotless.

We had to hunt for the wi-fi code - it was on a shelf down in reception. Sending that by email or having it in the room would be better. Apart from that is was a smooth operation.

- Lage: Schnelle Zuganbindung ins Zentrum Helsinkis (unter 30 Minuten) - Moderne Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete und ordentliche Küche - Ausblick auf dem Fenster - Super ruhiges Zimmer

- Zimmer ist mit vielen Koffern vielleicht etwas klein - Doppelbett könnte größer sein

Clean, modern, compact and had everything we needed. Excellent laundry and other facilities too.

The locations is perfect.. Close from metro and buses. 24/7 market and mcdonalds are a 5min walk.

Location from buses and metro. Food stores/restaurants/fastfood nearby. Silent rooms. Self check-in (might be a bit confusing to ppl not familiar with ipads :) ) Equipment of the rooms and availability of equipment. Clean rooms.

The bed was a bit small for a couple.

Modern new design. New appliances and comfortable bathroom. Quiet and clean room. Easy to find the free parking arround.

It was a very narrow bed in the room - just 140cm. There has to be a minimum of 160-180 cm. No bedside tables.

A peaceful and reasonably priced place to stay at in Helsinki.

- The check-in process is quite smooth and quick. - The common areas have really good facilities like billiards table, common sitting area, working space, meeting rooms and a common kitchen. - Moreover, on each floor you have the common amenities like hair dryer, iron, etc available and you can take them using your card. The washing area for clothes is also available on level 1. - It is 5 minutes walk from the metro station and it is definitely value for money. - There is a supermarket and coffee place 2 minutes away from the hotel.

- One minor point is that there is central AC and you cannot select your own temperature. Unfortunately, the night I stayed was very humid and I would have preferred a fan at least but this is not available at the reception but it is still doable with the central cooling.

Good

In the room you could not hear the steet or neighbours, the cleaing lady was super nice and they also let us put the bags in the storage after check out to pick up later. Wifi too was impeccable and there were basic utensils to cook.

The room was big enough however there was no window in the bathroom and the shower was not on another level of the WC, so all the water spilled out. In the room its not possible to open the window which is crazy, moreover the most terrible thing was the air ventilation system which CANNOT be turned off. Me and my partner were freezing for 2 nights and the air conditioning was also noisy. The bed did not have one duvet, but two really small which was weird and it was too hard to sleep on. There is no view since the view is the road, however its very close to the metro.

Superb

The facilities are new and well managed. The hotel is close to a metro station. We loved we could borrow bikes, we had an amazing afternoon riding around parks and neighborhoods in the area. The sauna and gym is a plus, we used the sauna and it was the perfect way to end our last day.

The mattress and pillows could be improved.

A convenient place for a short (or single) stay

The place is close to supermarkets and the transportation is pretty easy. It is very quiet in the room, we didn´t hear anyone else.

I normally prefer to have nightstands and passways on both sides of the bed. Here the bed is up against the wall. I realize this is something we sacrifice for the price though. Additionally, it is not a problem if you're alone, but we were two.

Lovely stay close to metro for affordable price

Walking distance from a bus/metro station, quickly you can get to the city center. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything is modern in the hotel. Lots of facilities, such as sauna, available without extra charge. Great deal for the price!

Automation won't let you check in even one minute earlier, so at 15 everyone rushes to check in. Maybe the drilling before 8AM.
