La tavoletta del bagno è tutta rovinata, sarebbe da cambiare. Ma la cosa terribile è l’odore di muffa e chiuso che ti perseguita anche quando lasci la casa.

Perfect , stores are nearby to get food and there is an ice cream truck at the end of the road. Great ice cream too!!

Nice and quiet, felt like home. Would definitely stay there again.

Pas de personnel, ni accueil/réception. Instruction d’enregistrement par message et photos. Escalier étroit sans ascenseur. Isolation mauvaise entre les appartements. Pas de service ménage. Eau douche est limitée :)))

Es increíble que te dejen sin agua toda una noche hasta la mañana siguiente, sin Internet no pensé que ocurriera en plen

El personal muy atento, la chica del servicio muy amable y siempre con disposición para ayudar

Se fue el agua toda una noche, el internet el primer día toda la noche no funcionó, al agua fue intermitente varías veces.

Good location, good value

Communication was clear. Place was nicer than expected for very good value. And excellent location, with the bus station and lots of good local food places very nearby. Overall, a positive experience.

In general, i don't prefer these places managed by large companies as they lack a certain personal touch and they tend to have only the minimum required things in them rather than feeling like a home which is lived in. Though on that scale, this one was on the nicer side given the price.

Por mejorar eficiencia del personal encargado

El alojamiento es cómodo, el internet wifi es muy bueno. Nunca tuve problemas de conexión. Ojo: esto no es un hotel, es un airbnb. No tiene las características de un hotel.

No me gustó la atención del personal encargado. Cuando hice la reserva, nunca me dieron las indicaciones de como llegar al lugar, esto lo menciono, porque no existe nada que identifique el nombre del alojamiento(un letrero o algo). Uno llega según el mapa, pero no se sabe si llegaste al lugar correcto porque no tiene nada que identifique que es CASA XAMAN. Solo un portón blanco con numero 18 y nada más!! Asimismo,la eficiencia de atención es muy lenta, le pedi un utensilio de cocina a la persona de recepción a las 8:00 am y me lo hizo llegar al medio día (ya no era necesario esa hora). Además, demoran mucho tiempo en responder los chats(demoran aprox 1 hora)

Great location. It worked okay for us.

Excellent location for local activities, food and stores. Walking distance to the bus station. Nice safe local neighborhood feel.

Air conditioner was good but placed blowing toward a closet instead of where the guests could benefit from it. Should have been above the bed.. Exposed wires in the shower and kept bumping into the oversized bedside lamps. Didn't like we could get charged for stains especially on white towels and sheets so never felt relaxed.

Exceptional

All the instalations are new. Good air cond. Good Hot shower, new bad sheets. The bad and the pillows are very confortable. The small kitchen has enought equipaments to cook and the main thing to me was the location, near by "ADO", the bus station that takes you anywhere. Cleaning was not spectacular, but the important thing for me are towels and sheets and they were all very clean.

it was a little complicated to find the room's keys, it was in a box with a password and the host gave us the wrong password, was late in the night and i was worried about staying in the road alone with a lot of suitcases. But lucky us the host picked up our call to solve that. It was just a host mistake and she maneged the problem. Just a small but bad detail is the shower curtain. It's a very light fabric and when a breeze enters the bathroom the curtain comes at you and you have to deviate it while you shower, it's a bit disgusting.

Nice and convenient lodging in downtown Cancun

The apartment complex is conveniently located near the ADO Bus terminal in downtown Cancun. Facilities are new and nicely kept. The host was accessible and very helpful. Checking in and out was very easy.
