No había jabón en el baño, no estaba limpio el cuarto , no había toallas ,el elevador no estaba funcionando Este hotel no merece la calificación que le ponen en Booking.com me sentí defraudado

Nice hotel for sleep over and move on from here to explore Yucatan

We stayed 1 night just to sleep, receptionist very friendly, good service, clean rooms

Location is good if you are traveling through, not if you wanna stay longer on the beach front. It is locate don busy road. But we just used it for a sleep over for 1 night.

Great value for money, staff are a let down

It was really great upkeep, clean, and very comfortable for us. One single nice staff member whose name we did not catch (young man who during our stay often had the Night Shift).

The staff, except for that one single very kind respectful and caring young man who worked the night shifts, weren’t particularly friendly or accommodating. Our worst story was the day we scheduled a taxi with the hotel (we scheduled it with the super kind friendly and accommodating young man who I mentioned above). Booked the taxi for 15 minutes in advance of our tour guide leaving as it was only a 5 minute drive from the tour pick up destination. The taxi did not arrive on time. We asked the staff there in the morning where the taxi was and she said oh just wait it will get here in a few minutes. She didn’t check or call the taxi company to check. Just said wait. We waited another five minutes but at this point we only had 5 minutes to get to the location which was cutting it very fine. For some reason she still didn’t bother calling the staff. Eventually she got in touch and said the taxi is on its way. No estimation of when we should expect this taxi. We ordered ourselves an Uber to which she said no no you can’t. The taxi is coming. Well thank god we ordered that Uber. We would have otherwise sat there like idiots waiting for her to sort this out. Which she made zero effort of doing. She had no understanding that we were going to miss out tour guide which we had booked and paid $500 usd for. Had we missed it who would have compensated us for it? Her? The hotel? I can promise you they would not have accepted responsibility I understand it’s not her fault nor the hotels that the taxi didn’t show up on time and that they messed it all up but it’s her responsibility to have tried to follow this up and she made no effort to do so. Or at least she made minimum effort to do so. Had it not been for her incapabilities and awful attitude, our stay would have been much better and I must say the place is excellent value for money. The next day we had to order another taxi. This one was fully taken care of from start to finish with the super professional young man.

Thiefs!!! A lot of guests, including myself were stolen items from our rooms. I left my wallet in the room to go have dinner when i came back it wasn’t there anymore. They were trying to make payments with my credit cards. The staff didn’t even listen to me they dismissed what I was saying calling me delusional. Run away from this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful room and a great stay

The room looks fantastic. View is cool and the huge bed is veeeery nice. We stayed in with a pokebowl and have been watching Netflix super comfortably. It's a bit far from everything but if you need a quick stopover this place is perfect. Breakfast was very good too.

The bathroom smelled a bit like sewer but this was probably due to the massive rains we had during the day.
