This beach front community, borders Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach along the highly desirable Scenic Highway 30A. The four-bedroom four bath home has been remodeled with all new décor throughout including outdoor furnishings on the expansive porches and the beautiful lanai. Take full advantage of the largest private pool in Water’s Edge and perhaps all of 30A. When it is time for the beach, stroll the palm tree-lined pedestrian path that leads to the neighborhood’s private beach walkover. With only 26 home-sites and security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic.
