The bedrooms, each as cozy as the last, provide great spaces to read, reflect, and get a good night's rest. Tune the central air-conditioning to your liking each evening and fall into a peaceful slumber. Outside, appreciate the Florida sunshine at its finest! Located right on the canal, you can fish from the private backyard. When you're ready to set the line aside, dip into the turquoise waters of the enclosed, private pool. Relaxation is inevitable in this space, so feel free to kick your feet up and do some bird and turtle-watching from the comfort of the sun-soaked lanai. The owners truly welcome you to this home, so take full advantage of the Florida sunshine, the good vibes, and the effortless curation of lifelong memories! THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Florida LLC. Home comes with access to two bicycles, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, a shark tooth/seashell skimmer, towels, a cooler, a beach bag, and pool & beach floaties & toys. Heating up the pool will cost an additional fee. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Gorgeous home, super relaxing. Better than the photos even. Enjoyed watching wildlife from the patio. A nice large pool. Super comfy beds. A lot of nice little touches like the art, decor & more. One of Best stocked rentals. nice location accessible to many beaches.

Great place with tons of room. Lovely pool right on the canal. The house was furnished with everything you could need. Owners are so kind and accommodating. We loved it and would highly recommend to anyone!

Place is very beautiful, Pool was awesome. Over all a great house. Neighborhood is great. Very peaceful. My only complaint was all the Dog hair. Could use a few more kitchen utensils!!

We had a very nice week at the Bohemian canal front retreat. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. We relaxed by the pool reading, playing cards or swam and stayed cool in the pool. We used it as home base for our activities of the week: beach time, visits with friends in the area, etc. The amenities were as stated, except that the dishwasher was broken and unavailable during our stay - it was an inconvenience, but didn't break us. The extras of having bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, etc. were very much appreciated! We would stay here again.
