Not a single detail missing, from the beautiful décor that welcomes you from the moment you walk in the door, the seasonal golf cart, fire pit and screened in porch will have you planning your next trip before you leave.

INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Newly built cottage with the cool colors of the beach throughout. The relaxing vibes bring the spirit of the beach right to your table. Watch a favorite on the large flat screen TV in the living room, prepare a snack for the beach in the beautiful, fully stocked kitchen while the kids enjoy their own entertainment space on the second floor. The seasonal fireplace will help keep things cozy in the winter.
OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Nothing beats a cup of coffee in the screened in patio while the kids play at the nearby park. After a day at the beach, enjoy story time around the fire pit, or spend some time relaxing in the whimsical purple Adirondack chairs in front of the house. Enjoy meals on the back patio at the picnic table with umbrella for shade. There’s even a mini table and chairs for the kids!

Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the Sandcastle Playground and a quick golf cart ride to the resort amenities.
PARKING
2 parking spaces; along the street in front of the house.
HOUSE RULES
-No smoking or vaping indoors
-Absolutely no pets. Evidence of pets in the home will lead to a minimum $1,000 fine and potential eviction without refund.
-No parties. Maximum home capacity is 8 guests, including children and infants.
-No fireworks
-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard*, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.
This home rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).Shorter stays may be available at certain times. Please call to confirm.
