Our home surrounded by friendly neighbors in a quiet street. Driveway parking for two-cars plus free street parking in this residential neighborhood. House is located in the Reynolds Corners area of Toledo, within 10 to 15-minutes to UT/UTMC, downtown Toledo, Sylvania, Maumee and Holland.

This house is a great location for those attending the Marathon Classic LPGA Tournament, a Broadway show at the Stranahan Theatre, concert or hockey at the Huntington Center or baseball game at 5/3 Field.

1080-sq. ft. split-level home features 3-bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Perfectly furnished for the comfort of 6 guests. Smart tv located in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Kitchen/Dining Room with a 6-person table.

Guests will have access to most parts of the property except for a storage closet, attached garage(soon to be made available) and a portion of the backyard used for storage.

Quite neighborhood. Clean house is what we like the most. But what we don’t want is …… cleaning people need to put atención to clean the sofas better (a lot of trash under the seats) other than that everything was good

No trash can in house except small one in the bathroom. Decor lovely and comfortable furniture but paying cleaning fee and dirt on end table, dining table and coffee table. Doors were all white and filthy and needed another coat of paint. Cupboard doors loose and crooked. Fridge leaked water and food wet. Neighborhood shoddy. No notebook with info on how to leave the house, local attractions etc that has been in every property we've ever rented which are numerous. Fence in back yard needed paint. Microwave on the floor and cord too short to be on table. Had to lay on the floor to see numbers to heat food.

We had a red-eye flight and the host was willing to let us check in early. As luck would have it, our plane was diverted and we had to drive to Ohio for hours. We had some difficulting getting in, the door stuck and the keyless entry wouldn't work. There was alot of rain in the area, so that may have aided in the door swelling. There was an odor in the home, but not overbearing but our clothes did smell like it when we got home. The house cold down nicely, which was a huge plus and the shower has great pressure, the beds where comfortable too as were the couches. I would recommend the bathroom vent be cleaned and no wash clothes were provided. The towels given us, where very nice.

The owner is beyond incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He was also flexible with my check-in time, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The house is beautiful located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice cozy dated property, however will recommend. I will return to this property when visiting Toledo, Ohio again. The host was very helpful and communicative. The property was clean. Nice back yard for cookout for a small gathering. Pros comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms, nice size living room space, quiet neighborhood. The cons no dressers to store clothes only hangers in closets and rooms are small. I overall had a nice stay and enjoyed visiting my hometown with family and friends. I definitely will recommend this property.
