This thoughtfully appointed home is all about your comfort and relaxation - we want you to experience bayfront living while still enjoying all the comforts of home. The top-level living room offers an inviting spot to unwind and rest after a thrilling day exploring the area or swimming in the pool. Spread out on the comfy sofas and stream a favorite series on the smart TV with streaming services. From here, you have access to two screened porches, which allow you to watch the morning sunrise on one and the evening sunset on the other - this is truly the perfect spot to create long-lasting memories with your loved ones! The gorgeous open kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up the most delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go for the group. This home has four inviting suites, each with a private bath and access to a covered deck. The primary bedroom even includes a desk you can use as a quiet workspace to catch up on some remote work before retiring to bed for the night.

Additional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable include an on-site washer/dryer, a convenient elevator, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station with a sink, and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was a perfect place for our family. For the last 5 years we have picked a place to meet with our daughters and their families. This place fit the bill perfectly! We loved the common area where the kitchen was the central focus. The daughters had fun preparing meals while still being a part of the family interaction. The elevator was a nice feature as my husband had recently had ankle surgery. We loved that the master bedroom was on the same floor as the common area and the other three bedrooms were on a different floor. We made great memories here!!

Pleasant Tides” was everything we had hoped for and more. The elevator was a life saver bringing things in when we got there and when we left. The views from both sides are incredible. My family including Molly 🐶loved staying here. We will be back at some point. Thank you for entrusting your home to my family 🙏

Wonderful, clean house, walking distance to a great pier (fishing, crabbing), small gated community (6 houses total), pleasant distance from the Parrot, Pig and bridge… beach is a 30 second ride cattycorner across main road… 3rd story has great view over bay (we love to watch storms blow through and in this house you feel like you’re in a treehouse!). All in all, very enjoyable

We stayed 5 days. The house was beautiful and the views of the bay were gorgeous. Spent a lot of time indoors because the weather was pretty lousy! Luckily there were blankets available because we could not adjust the temp in the house!! Also, I got stuck in the elevator...my husband got me out! Our luggage also got stuck for awhile in the elevator. The elevator was one of the reasons we rented here and we couldn't use it for fear of getting stuck☹️ So if you dont mind stairs this is a perfect rental.

House is open and large. Love the layout. Elevator a big plus with one person with health issues and a 3 legged dog. Location perfect. Furniture and beds very comfy. Will be back.

This is a nice house on the bay as described. Bring bug spray, beach towels and any beach gear you’re used to. There is none there If you cook a lot, bring a good skillet and a sharp knife. There’s plenty else to cook and serve with. You can get your workout on the stairs x 3 but there is a personal elevator. Check ahead of time on the code to get in as there was some confusion. It’s a vacasa rental. But clean and comfy.

Pefect spot with easy access to bay and the beach. It's exactly 0.25 mile from the door to the public beach access gate. The dock/pier on the bay is massive and provides a great spot for fishing. The top floor has beautiful views of bay and some limited views of the ocean.

This property was very nice. My only complaint was that we could not access the elevator. Hauling luggage up 3 flights of stairs was a task. Other than that, we felt right at home.
