The location convenient & easy access to public transport

Keys to my room did not work I needed security to let me back in each time I went out & I had to leave it on the hatch at my own risk whenever I went to the kitchen posing a security risk to my room The rings on the hobs did not work, the drain to shower was blocked and shower tray filled uo up before I could regulate water to correct temperature in the end I was not able to shower as tray would overflow had I not turn shower tap off, consequently there was a nasty smell from the blocked drain, and because of all those reasons and no one was taking responsibility to move me I checked out 24hours early and although I brought all of above to the owners attention they did nothing nor did they reimburse me for checking out early regardless of reasons mentioned herein.

Great location for Wembley

Location was great for Wembley, we wanted to be able to walk to the stadium and it was just 5 minutes away.

I emailed a day before arrival to confirm whether towels would be provided and received no reply until after we checked in the next day. Upon arrival there was only one set of towels in the room for a booking of 2 people. I asked the receptionist for an additional towel but they said they couldn't provide any during the weekend because they didn't have keys to the stock room (?!) and to ask again on Monday (the day we were checking out). Shortly after this conversation I received a reply to my email from the previous day (I don't know if it was from the same person I talked to at the reception or not) stating that, "yes bedding and towels are provided" to which I replied that we were already in the room with just one towel to share. Never got another reply.
