Returning home, you'll be greeted by a cozy and cheerful atmosphere, thanks to recent upgrades that have transformed this space into the perfect haven for relaxation.
Inside, three inviting bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With two full baths, including one boasting a luxurious jetted tub, you'll have all the amenities you need to unwind and rejuvenate. The main floor showcases a fully equipped kitchen complete with convenient appliances such as a crockpot and blender, along with a welcoming breakfast bar. The dining area offers ample space around the table, inviting you to gather and create lasting memories. After a splendid day of skiing or snow-biking, cozy up in front of the inviting gas fireplace in the living room, providing warmth and a cozy ambiance. Leadville’s Victorian homes were historically built quite close together in the days before the “horseless carriage.” As such, parking can sometimes be a challenge. In the winter, maintaining an open parking space can cost homeowners a significant amount of money and/or hours spent shoveling. Please take these things into consideration as you plan your trip, and be courteous to your local neighbors by trying to park directly in front of the home you have rented.
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this.
