Welcome to Dolphin Fun A, our bottom floor unit in the serene east end of Panama City Beach. This gorgeous home in lower Grand Lagoon features a bay to your left, and the beach just a few blocks to your right.
Our modern, spacious beach unit is equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy balcony ocean views and two spacious backyards, all within easy walking distance of a boat ramp and the picturesque sandy beaches of PCB.
This cozy modern home is ready to host up to 14 guests for the group getaway of a lifetime.
Families, couples, and friend groups alike are going to love hanging out in this serene corner of PCB. You’ll find a primary suite, guest bedroom, and two bunk rooms to spread out and feel at home in.
Flip a coin to land the elegant primary suite, with its comfy queen-sized bed and private door to the balcony. It also comes with an ensuite bathroom, outfitted with a designer glass shower and double vanity. And don’t worry about having to share it–there’s a second bathroom that also comes with a beautiful sliding glass shower and vanity.
The guest bedroom is another great choice, with a comfy queen-sized bed, soothing colors, and a rustic barn door closet with tons of storage space. Bringing a whole crew of kids? They’ll probably claim the two bunk rooms as ‘Adult-Free Zones’! The first comes with a twin-over-twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle. And the other comes with two twin-over-twin bunks.
While you’re at the beach, get excited about all that’s waiting for you at home. We love our open-concept living area, the perfect place for connecting and having fun together. Host game nights or watch movies from the comfy living room couch and loveseat.
If you get hungry, you can always pop over to the bright, super-modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. It comes with everything you need (and a little extra) for cooking tasty dishes. Meal prep using the ample granite countertop space, brew a coffee with the fancy coffee maker, and gather around the dining table or breakfast bar together to enjoy your meal.
Now, it’s time for what you came for: that beautiful Florida weather! Luckily, you’ll never feel cooped up at Dolphin Fun A. Let the kids run free in one of our two spacious backyards, or sunbathe from the private balcony.
Then strap on your floaties, grab those towels, and stroll over to Beach Entrance #12 just a few blocks away! It’s never been more convenient to enjoy a beautiful beach vacation in paradise.

Walking distance from beach. Close to restaurants and activities. I appreciated the water hose available outside to rinse off. Management was always available if anything was needed. We did find 1 small roach alive. There was no iron to iron clothes but management was able to bring one in time. Overall, a great stay, and convenient location.

The Place is nice, Quite neighborhood, clean and spacious.The only thing that concern is the bunkbeds on the 4th room needs to be a little up from the floor and a little closet to store the cloths.Over all we love and enjoy the place.

It’s very small for adults with teens! The couch situation doesn’t fit 13 people let alone 4 adults The rooms are all small and the beds are on the floor it doesn’t work for a family that’s big like they have it listed! Also could do without the cockroaches and management wanted us to stay there until morning with the bugs because they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it which is a health hazard and not right! I wouldn’t ever stay here or book another place through Blue Swells!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this rental. It's on the quiet east end of PCB. Short walk to the beach, a DG, several small beachy shops and eateries. Short drives to the touristy attractions to the west and the marinas and state park to the East. Hurricane damage is still very evident in this area - this didn't affect our stay. The house was clean, plenty of sleeping and gathering space. The living room furniture was grungy. The mattresses were comfortable and had clean linens. We had reason to call the rental company on our arrival and they had the minor issue resolved first thing in the morning. There is a small dresser and changing table in the main bedroom. As far as a place to put away your clothes, that's it. I am not a fan of living out of my suitcase especially when there is nowhere to put that except the floor of a closet. Soni would have appreciated a dresser or closet shelves in the other bedrooms, as well. Or at least a suitcase valet. We would definitely stay here again, and will check the other Blue Swell listings for our next trip.
