Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not having the dock in the water nor access to the boats in the pictures was disappointing. I don’t feel like we got the full “life on the lake” experience. The home was gorgeous and had breathtaking views. The open layout in the kitchen/dining/living room really allowed for quality family time. The instructions about composting was confusing. We collected all food waste but when it was time to put it in the green compost bin we could not locate it. Also, the fan in the master bathroom was not working nor was the crank to open the window.

Great location and views with lots of privacy. Well equipped kitchen and home had plenty of space for our family. A few clealiness and supply issues should be addressed for property to be a 5 star.

We loved the location and floor plan! You could hear the water lapping up against the rocks from inside the home! Poor communication & responses from Vacasa! Parts of house were not clean when we arrived. Ill fitted screen created a gnat infestation & couldn’t get help from Vacasa.

This was a great house for us to stay at to celebrate our son's graduation from UVM. Plenty of room for us, him, aunt & uncle, friend, and dog. We loved the sounds and view of the lake, and found that to be very relaxing. We had a lot of fun playing cards at the big table. The drive into Burlington and UVM was about 20 min, and we had easy access to all the places we wanted to go. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. I highly recommend this home and will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

Spectacular location on Lake Champlain. The house is a terrific place for connecting with family. The open concept living area is perfect for hanging out in the expansive kitchen and living room. Great stay!!

My family stayed here for three weeks while our home was being renovated. The house is amazing, the kitchen/living room was so nice and had clearly been recently updated. We had everything we needed and then some. Towels and linens were provided as well as a cleaning service at the end, which was a huge plus. We loved every moment we were there, some highlights were seeing a bald eagle and the incredible sunsets (and moons) over the lake. I can't comment on the outside, but I'm assuming this house is just as wonderful during the summer as it was during the winter. Would 100% stay again.

This property was truly unmatched. It was spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The views of the mountains and lake in combo with the quiet and peaceful neighborhood made it truly serene. We even extended our stay by a night because we were enjoying ourselves so much. The proximity to Burlington and Winooski was perfect. Thank you for making our wedding week an absolute dream come true.

This property was beautiful inside and out. The water comes right up to the house and you can hear the waves at night which is so peaceful. It was a quiet location and a great amount of space inside. It was very easy to get in contact with somebody when we needed assistance and I would definitely book this property again!

The house on Lake Champlain in Colchester VT was perfect for my sisters and husbands to spend a week "leaf Peeping." in Vermont. The house is RIGHT ON THE LAKE. Beautiful views from all angles. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee at the outdoor table, or watching the lake from inside. The kitchen was clean and well-appointed with many dishes, pots and pans, brand new appliances, and lots of space to cook and store everything, Living space was super comfortable, again with great views of the lake. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Beds were comfortable and lots of nice linens. The location of the house can't be beat for see the sites in Vermont. Some in our party drove to Colchester, some flew to Burlington airport, which is a quick ride to the house. We did some hikes in Stowe (one hour away) and Niquette State Park (10 minutes) and walked the Causeway across the Lake which is really cool.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and much more, was impeccably clean, spacious, peaceful, right on the lake, and so close to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. Highly recommend!!!!
