Tolle Wohnung, super Lage!

Sehr gemütliche und großzügige Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage am Vesuv ist perfekt wenn man sowohl Neapel als auch Pompei, Herculaneum und die Amalfiküste besuchen möchte. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, umzäunten Wohnanlage etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht (1 Tag vor Anreise), weil unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft uns kommentarlos storniert hatte. Diese Wohnung war in letzter Minute ein echter Glücksgriff! Die Vermieterin Terry war sehr herzlich und immer gut zu erreichen. Ein Highlight waren die selbstgebackenen Leckerein, die sie uns vorbei brachte. Leider spricht sie nur italienisch, aber dank Google Übersetzer konnten wir uns trotzdem gut verständigen.

Appartamento vista Vesuvio

Appartamento spazioso, super pulito e dotato di ogni confort! 🩷 Ci sono due bagni, e sono molto utili quando si è in tanti in famiglia. Dal balcone si vede il Vesuvio 🥰 La signora Terry è stata squisita, veramente gentilissima! Ci ha lasciato anche i succhi e delle brioche per fare colazione. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente! Ps. Segnalo che c’è anche un parcheggio privato. Ideale per chi arriva in auto.

Apartamento espacioso en un lugar muy tranquilo

Apartamento muy espacioso para cuatro personas con dos cuartos de baño. Varios balcones con vistas en un recinto privado. Parking y ambiente muy tranquilo.

La cocina no tiene un extractor de humos.

Appartamento delizioso

L'appartamento è delizioso, ristrutturato da poco con arredamento moderno. Ci sono 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e divano matrimoniale nel soggiorno tutti comodissimi. Sono presenti 2 bagni uno solo con la doccia, ma la presenza del bagnetto più piccolo permette di dividersi se si è più persone. Cucina attrezzata con tutto, piano ad induzione, macchinetta del caffè con cialde offerte e lo stesso per il the. Terry la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi problematica, nonostante non fosse inclusa, ci ha fatto trovare acqua, succhi, biscotti e merendine per la colazione, persino biscotti per mia figlia celiaca. La chicca avevamo con noi il ns buldog francese e anche per lui ciotole per acqua e cibo. Durante il soggiorno ci ha contattato per parcheggi, ristoranti ed itinerari. Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del 25 aprile e visto l abbassamento delle temperature, ci ha fatto trovare il condizionatore acceso per scaldare la casa. All'interno del condominio sono presenti tanti parcheggi e un piccolo parco curato. C'è il wifi a disposizione gratuitamente. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Napoli soggiornerei nuovamente qui.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, l appartamento non è dotato di ascensore e trovandosi al secondo piano risulta scomodo per le valigie. Punto di miglioramento, in una delle camere da letto non ci sono prese vicino ai comodini per eventuali ricariche di cellulari o tablet.

A brand new aparment in the excellent location

We stayed in Vesuvius View Apartment during Easter break with my family. The Apartment is brand newly renovated, furnished with a modern furniture; tastefully with a truly cozy feel. It has 2 good size bedrooms with roomy closets, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room with attached dining area which is connected to a modern kitchen with all the amenities you could imagine and well stock with coffee / tea / water / biscuits . There is also a small fireplace in the living room. You could enjoy views from 3 decent size terraces with seating on one of those. The aircon will come handy in the middle of summer heat. The apartment in the fenced compound with its gate being operated by a remote control. There is a beautiful park in the front of the apartment which is inside the compound and accessible for residents only. It is super quit location with a feel you are in the middle of nature. There are enough car parking spaces in front of the building inside the residential compound. Supermarket, pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurant and some small shops are in the walking distance. The owner, Fabrizio, speaks excellent English and he is super helpful. I strongly recommend you consider this apartment might you travel to Naples and/or Pompei.
