Totally value for money deal.

The hotel owner was such a good lady to talk to. She was very very co-operative in every matter we discussed.

Location is perfect.

Staff were nice and polite

Beds were very hard like sleeping on a piece of wood no hot water in shower at all.

Buena ubicación. El personal era amable. La habitación era amplia, la limpieza se realizaba todos los días.

No había champú ni gel solo una pastilla de jabón. Había hormigas en la habitación y bastantes mosquitos (parece que es algo asiduo porque había bastantes muertos y en las paredes). El alquiler que ofrecía el alojamiento de motos era más caro que el resto, si que es verdad que no requería fianza.

Pleasant. Husband wife and daughter management very friendly but didn’t realise there was any way to sit around the pool

location was good.

Only breakfast available. pool just a feature really. it’s in reception.

Good budget place to stay

The location is good, just a short stroll to the beach and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My ground floor room was clean. big and comfortable. It's s no frills place but good for people on a budget.

The pool looks good in the picture but in reality, it's just a small plunge pool indoors, so that was a little disappointing.

Lovely family run hotel. Large quiet rooms. 5 min to beach.

They have to add 3% credit card service charge like all other hotels here in Thailand.

Nice little hotel close to the beach and restaurants, but not quiet

Nice atmosphere, central location and great staff

Our room was hardly isolated from the noises of other rooms and the restaurants behind the garden. In some nights, they sang until 4 am and at 05:30 am the mosque was very clear to hear. The swimming pool needs a do-over as well. Many of the tiles were missing and the remaining ones did not seem trustworthy.

the hotel is close to the beach and to the restaurants area, the family who owns the hotel is very helpful and friendly, it was such a pleasure to meet them! the room was clean and it was just perfect for us

Not a very pleasant stay but the staff was friendly.

The staff is smiley and friendly. She answered phone calls 24/7 and very responsive. The room is very big and spacious. The hotel locates at a very prime location which is very closed to the beach and all the shops.

The room was molded so smell very bad. The wall is leaking. What I didnt like the most was the AC blew to our head and face directly the whole night when we sleep. So we woke up with a super big headache. And the worst, we had a snake in our room!

Pleasant

This is a family run hotel plus small restaurant. From beginning to end they were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony. The location is very good; 3 minutes on foot to the beach and many restaurants, 2 minutes to the main road with a convenience store and other shops, 1 minute to the entertainment road. Close to everything but still quiet.

Some of the facilities could be maintained better; the toilet seat only had one screw instead of two and was a bit unstable, the hot water in the shower was the same temperature as the cold water (OK to take a shower but far from hot).

central, hot water and cleaned daily. friendly family who owned the property, felt they were looking out for me.

the swimming pool was not a swimming pool, damaged and cold water.

Every night there was a loud party going on till like 3 am next to the place and a rooster practically shouting from 4am..so almost impossible to sleep at night

Ice was extremely friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area and where to get certain things we needed. The room was comfortable and the location was great.

Everything, great room, excellent staff, great location, great value, quiet, 3 mins walk to Kamala beach. Just perfect

Only thing, no off street parking for a car, just park out on road, no big deal.

Location is great, near the beach on the street full of small shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Aircon wasn’t working well and it felt quite hot in the room.
