Guests have access to:
Pool, Screened Patio, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Living Room, Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Porch/ Front of Property.

Guests have Limited access to:
Uncovered Backyard (please try to stay within the screened portion, especially children).

Guest has no access to:
*The Shed- in the back of the property. This area is strictly off-limits to guests.
*The garage- Access to it is not allowed, unless designated as an Authorized User. Authorized Users will know they are authorized users because they will be informed and be provided with a code to gain access to the garage.

Other things to note:
*Because the grass in the backyard outside of the screening is being left to grow for additional privacy into the home, it is not recommended for guests to walk past the metal screening as some of the grass can cause minor skin cuts or skin irritation depending on allergies. Please keep children and other vulnerable beings away from this area.
*Security cameras are located outside of the property, including: the front of the house, garage area, side entrance and Pool/Lanai area.

The property was cleaned in a sense of looks but there was a lot of cucuaruch and that was disappointing.

It was amazing, the kids loved the pool, only thing that could have made it better was access to a grill and also a washer and dryer.

The house inside was nice. But the Maintenance outside needs to be taken care of. And need a Bew filter for the pool.

The listing mentioned that the grass was left growing so as to provide additional privacy from the neighbors. The property was shielded from neighbors by a privacy fence- the front and back yards were unkept and overgrown. We couldn’t go into the grass at all. The pool filter either wasn’t working properly or not at all- the pool had lots of grassy debris but was still useable. Within the first 30 minutes of check in, we found dozens of roaches in the kitchen. We contacted the host who was very apologetic about the condition of the property but had no resolution. I wouldn’t use this host or property again for our future travel arrangements.

House was nicely updated and the space was great for my family. However there were quite a few roaches crawling around in house . When i went to open dishwasher there were several in there. Pool was nice but needed to be cleaned as well as the screened in area had lots of spider webs. Definitely needs to be cleaned and some TLC outside. We personally would stay here again.

My stay at Casita Marina was wonderful! From the moment I checked Luis made himself available through text and phone. He provided me with a list of supermarket and locations to eat in the community. The house was clean and it felt like home. I would recommend Casita Marina .

This newer listing is a hidden gem. We came to Florida for a quick trip and wanted a home with a pool (even though the weather didn't allow us to use it). The host was available over the phone, courteous and welcoming. There were 4 of us that stayed in this 2 bedroom/2 bath home. We were all very comfortable. Great beds and the master bath is handicap accessible!!!!
