Hurricane Update: The private beach access and pools remain closed. However, there is a beach access directly next to the complex on Plaza Blvd open and we include a photo of the proximity in the listing. Like every complex in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise although no major work is currently scheduled. This noise could come from this complex or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Please note the Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing concrete restoration. While there is unlikely to be noise impacting your stay, there are preemptive support beams around the resort on various balconies. You will still have a great view, but there may be a beam in the view as well. Also, out of an abundance of caution, DBR management has closed the parking garage until further notice. Off-site parking is available at an alternative location within walking distance. While this is ongoing, guests are only permitted one vehicle and will only be provided one parking pass. Recreational vehicles and trailers are not permitted on-site but we can provide guests with the contact information for an off-site parking company when requested.

This forth floor unit was just remodeled at the end of 2022 and includes all new furniture and linens. One king bed and a pull out sofa accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.

Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this stunning oceanfront condo on the 3rd floor of Daytona Beach Resort. The famous resort complex is home to a large convention center.

Daytona Beach Resort is also directly across from the Bellair Plaza which hosts an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment including Publix Super Market, Marshalls, Walgreens, Beall's and more!! This building is within walking distance to many of Daytona’s popular restaurants such as Riptides, Black Sheep Pub, Dimitri's, Bertie’s Good Eats, Bonefish Grill, Stonewood Grill, Olive Garden, Denny's and Big Tuna's Beach Bar and Grill.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

My wife and i stayed here for about a week with our dogs. The unit was well kept, and it was a great place to stay a week by the beach. Publix, Walgreens,a liquor store, and several restaurants are right across the street and easily within walking distance. The pools and restaurant are unfortunately out of commission for now. But we did see them starting to work on them while we were there, and the beach was just outside. It was a very good week long beach get away.

The property Advertisement said that there were two pools and two spas, which none of them were working at all. The indoor pool was locked and not accessible , Had two spas that were empty and not able to get into. The pools were green and full of algae. There has been no cleanup since last hurricane at all. Will not rent here ever again.

We’ve stayed at DBR numerous times. AC needs to be serviced. One elevator working on the fourth floor. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit we stayed in was furnished nice and was decorated in very nice style. Only thing I would do different is install a grab rail at shower. Noticed a lot of older people staying there that could really use one. Would have been good to know that there was no access to the beach from the condo. In good weather, that would have been a deal breaker. Front desk girl was no help at all in finding our unit. She told us to go through double doors and get on the elevator, that was the elevators that were out of order. Very nice facility and would go there again, only hope that pools and other amenities would be operational. It was very sad to see the destruction from previous storms. I hope they can get facility back to the way they were.

Only issue was we were told pools were open and they weren't. Main reason we booked was because of pools.

The room view was amazing,except for the hurricane damaged outside pools it was a total loss and inside pool was also damaged but who needs a pool when the ocean is 30 ft away,the room was updated and downtown daytona was 2 miles away we loved that
