You’ll love the superb location within easy walking distance of Lakeside Beach and Marina with year-round public beach access and rentals including umbrellas, chairs, paddleboards, canoes, and jet skis, plus the south shore water taxi. You’re also mere moments from all the action at Heavenly Village and Ski Resort. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that the property leads to a popular walking and snowshoe path and meadow.

Each suite features an inviting layout furnished for individualized comfort, with standalone features including a convenient kitchen or kitchenette area, smart TV, and free WiFi. Suite numbers 'One', 'Two', 'Four', and 'Six' include kitchenettes. Suites 'Three', 'Five', and 'Seven' are equipped with full kitchens.

The property also offers a shared picnic area with a gas grill for home cookouts.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

While chains are required in vehicles in winter, a 4x4 or equivalent vehicle is recommended year-round.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Before you rent this property, you should know: - The manager failed to provide us entry codes before we arrived, and then was not available when we did. We spent an hour and 20 minutes trying to get in. Vacasa customer service was no help. Finally someone else stepped in to reset codes for us. The original property manager contacted us a day later, and then never responded to other messages. - The place was filthy. Stains on sheets and carpets. Dust. A used Panda Express box left under a bed. A dirty pan in the oven (along with one wooden and one plastic cutting board that we almost ignited). - There was no hot water in two of the units. Vacasa sent a repair person, who told us that the boiler was shot, but that the owner won't replace it. He said the water was "warm enough" and left. - "Bunk room" is not fit for anyone to sleep in. The beds are metal slates, about four inches apart, covered with a thin mat. I defy the owners to try to lie comfortably on them for 30 seconds. Our kids ended up sleeping on floors or water inflatables. The bunks are absolutely unusable. - Units are clearly not up to code. Trip hazards everywhere. The well in front of the doors for units 1 and 2 is unprotected (no rail or barrier). My three-year-old grandson fell backwards into it and injured his head. - Unit 7's toilets repeatedly backed up, just at random times, not after flushing. - Many other things broken: lamps, keypads on the doors, toilet paper holders. VRBO should be ashamed.
