We had a great time and would go back again

We enjoyed the music and games in the courtyard, the snacks and beers available were great. It was close to every place we wanted to go to.

Parking could be difficult if arriving late

It was average. Kind of disappointing.

Good location, very cute.

No A/C was a bummer. But my room didn’t have a screen on the sliding door and it was so hot that I had to sleep with the door open and got bit by mosquitos. The front desk said the manager would reach out. But never did.

Not worth the price. Couldn’t use the amnesties due to overly crowded outside visitors.

The coffee and location

I stayed here back when they first opened and I immediately fell in love with the place! I appreciated how they payed attention to every detail and how quirky it was. Come years later and a lot has changed. They lack the detail and quirkiness I fell in love with. Chairs and tables falling apart. The hot tub area was dirty. Not to mention the staff wasn’t pleasant. Seemed a bit lazy and stoned. Let’s just say I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Sadly.

A community camp feel for an affordable price

This place was SO cute! The camping and community vibes were just amazing, when we first pulled up we saw everyone sitting around the campfire talking. It was such a cute place for a great price, we want to come back!

great location, only a couple issues.

great location. brewery on site. great breakfast and coffee. friendly staff.

alot of loud banging on our wall behind us outside at 8 am on our first morning behind our bathroom. parking was a issue at night. a lot of people park to go to the brewery, that leads to limited parking for customers who sleep there.

Location is very close to the gondola reaching heavenly resort, although it was not operational at the time we were there unfortunately

The location is good.

Having a C02 alarm go off The first and last night when we were in bed, and than wait for our last night until 7PM too offer us another room. so we packed up and left and they would not refund the last night. we had the door and window open for two hours and waited for a response. we were getting headaches from the bad heater.

it was very clean everything was within walking distance and the staff was very nice and helpful friendly very professional and welcoming..

I think this property has so much to o0ffer, but need Maintenace and renovation

Location was fabulous. Loved the Basecamp brewery on sight and the wonderful music. Such a great place to hang out and play games etc.

The property needs a facelift. Our room was well located, but in need of renovation. The staff was okay but could have had better customer service.

Love Basecamp and will be back again in Sept!

We love the location and the vibe. Bed is super comfy. Decor is cute. AC works great. Ice easy to access. We didn't have one this time, but love the balcony rooms.

I had requested an early check in months in advance but due to a concert and everyone wanting early check in, I didn't receive it. I understand, but was disappointed they couldn't just make it happen on first request first get. It stressed me out.

Perfect boutique hotel with a lot of amenities!

You can’t beat the location! The decor, cleanliness, and offerings are fantastic. Nightly live music, a beer garden, and a cute little coffee/breakfast shop inside the lobby just add to the experience. Basecamp is our go to South Lake stay!

There are a few spots that can be picked up, upstairs patios were a little dirty and un kept. There were also a few areas in the covered parking spots that had random furniture and broken items.
