Plaza also features shopping mall.Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to get away. We chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood as the family we were there visiting. But this house was so nice we ended up visiting with family just hanging out there most of the time instead of going out and doing alot of activities! It was GREAT!!! The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything you might need!! Highly recommend heating the pool, that was sooo nice!!

This is the nicest, best kept house on the street. Very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped kitchen which we used a lot during social distancing! Close to all the stores that you would need and once they reopen, many restaurants too! We just enjoyed relaxing by the pool every day. Maria and Jacob were amazing hosts too! Would definitely recommend.

Awesome home! We had a great time at this property. The pool was a lot of fun. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Great location to Pine Island, Tarpon Springs, Weekie Wachee, and Homosassa Springs. Definitely would consider renting this place again.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. Enjoyed the pool. Very convenient location to shopping, gas, and food. The home owner met us at the house for check in. Suggested a very nice beach just 20 mins away. He even texted to see how our stay was going. Which was very thoughtful and nice. The house was perfect for our family of 5.

The house looks nice from the outside and has great parking. Then when you open the front door you are really happy as it just gets better. The house looks wonderful and smells so nice and clean. As a "clean freak" I can tell you it really is nice and clean. All the surfaces, beds, bathrooms and floors were wonderfully fresh and clean. Our grand kids played in the pool and watched Paw Patrol. I cooked several meals for my son who lives nearby. No sight seeing just rest and time together. Our family really enjoyed this house. We will stay again.

We felt we were being watched with all the cameras. The statement as we walk in,” we have counted all inventory” and “ you will be monitored and charged. Not very inviting. The plug ins were so intoxicating that I had to unplug for our stay. Furniture was very out dated and un comfortable. Pool not heated and could not use and that is the photo that lured us in. The plastic shower curtain in the master bath was torn to fit so it looked cheesy. I did feel the set up of the table was very cool. Yet lacked one napkin.

Overall, we had a really enjoyable time during our stay. This home was exactly as pictured, which was a great relief, being that this is our first VRBO experience. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was as far as dishes, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the space to spread out. Having a private pool was really fun and our kids loved that part!
Our only wishes to make the stay better for us would have been: 1.) A *much* closer beach. Pine Island was close, but was hugely disappointing and not at all what we were expecting, based on the other reviews we had read. We had not been to the area before so were not familiar with any of the beaches close by. We ended up making daily visits to Honeymoon Island beach, which meant driving about an hour and a half each way every day. It was a beautiful beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it!! Had we known, we would have opted for a place much closer to that beach.
2.) We loved having the pool, but it was pretty cold, so we didn't use it as much as we had hoped we would. The cold didn't seem to bother the kids much, so they got the most use of the pool. Nothing the owner could really have done to change this one.
3.) We had no luck with the cable tv. We could not get anything besides the on demand ($) stuff to come up and were hoping to be able to at least watch the basic networks. We messaged the owner for help figuring out the tv, but didn't hear back about that, so we just found other things to do. Didn't watch any tv all week.
4.) Lastly, we would recommend updating the garage door situation and including a keypad and/or remote. The first day of our stay we accidentally left the house with the front door dead bolted and we had to contact the owner for help. It ended up that we found a sliding door that had not been locked previously, so we were super lucky and were able to get in without having to spend money on a locksmith to let us in. The owner was very understanding and friendly, but was not able to offer much help since the garage door opener was too old to work with a remote or keypad. That would have eliminated the problem altogether.
Overall, we would recommend this home to others, keeping those things in mind...especially if a nice beach is important to you. For us, the beach is the main reason for visiting Florida. It's our happy place! :)

Jacob and Maria were great hosts. The house was beautiful and the photos were accurate. The kitchen was fully stocked and they provided great linens. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thanks for making our stay easy and beautiful.

We stayed May 25-28, 2018. I am a very particular person whose expectations were met with this home. It is beyond comfortable and the owner was great! We had absolutely everything we needed but a hand mixer which my mother brought with her. She insisted on making cookies, but we had so much fun we never got around to baking. The only thing they could improve is putting a television and ceiling fan in the 3rd bedroom. The home was conveniently located -- just minutes to everything. Bring your bug spray for sitting on the screened-in porch because the insects make their way in. Also, the pool has no lights for late night swimming, so it's kind of creepy not being able to see, especially in alligator country. The owner was more than willing to work with us on checking in early and tried to accommodate our every need. I loved the convenience of parking in the garage and the property having a washer and dryer. This is an excellent place and the price is beyond reasonable. I understand why it stays booked. Thanks again for having us. We had an excellent stay! I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Spring Hill area, you will not be disappointed.

We were coming to FL to visit friends. We usually stay at their home, but due to a medical situation on their end didn't want to burden them. Instead we stayed about 10 miles away at Jacob and Maria's rental.
The house was easy to find and exactly as advertised. Every room, appliance, and utility was spotless and in good working order. All the furniture was comfy and of nice quality. The lanai and pool were well stocked with seating, floats, noodles, and even life jackets. Kitchen and bath faucets had both great temperature and pressure.
Jacob and I chatted several times during our stay, and he was always polite, friendly, and very helpful. It's clear that he and Maria have put a lot of TLC into this property, and they really want guests to have a relaxing, comfortable stay.
We will definitely rent this home again if we're in the area. Thank you Jacob and Maria!

The house is exactly as described and looks exactly as shown in pictures. Communication with the owner is very good. Whenever we had a problem, Jacob would promptly fix it. For example, there was a rusty edge to a lawn chair and Jacob brought us new lawn chairs the next day. Also, I was concerned about the safety of the front door lock so Jacob came out and installed a new lock. Finally, there were some light bulbs that burnt out and upon telling the owners, I found a box of new light bulbs on the front porch the next day. The owners of the house went out of the way to make sure that we had positive pleasant experience stay at their home.
