Comfortable and clean after a long 13 hrs trip. Staff was friendly a d location was perfect. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through Winslow.

This was our second time staying at The Winslow, and it was another pleasant experience. One of the standout features is that you can order food until 10 PM, which is incredibly convenient since Winslow is a small town where most places close early. The complimentary breakfast is another big plus, offering a variety of hot options like scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles – a great way to start the day. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. The only downside we noticed was the noisy vents. While the sound was noticeable, it wasn’t enough to disrupt our sleep, and they did a good job keeping the room ventilated. Overall, we’d happily come back and would recommend The Winslow to anyone visiting the area. It’s a reliable and comfortable choice!

Great place to stay! Clean, modern rooms with plenty of space for the family. Excellent bar offerings and indoor/outdoor lounging. Only negative is breakfast staffing was lacking. I feel sorry for the loan lady resupplying the breakfast area.

This was a mixed bag. The property is new. The bed was comfortable. I could log into my personal streaming apps. The breakfast looked nice and smelled good. However, one front desk clerk should remember she is in the hospitality business. The bathroom vent fan has no controls. It stays constantly on and it is loud. That, combined with the heating/AC unit was like being in a wind tunnel. I had a difficult time carrying on phone conversation or sleeping without the bathroom door close. And this was wierd; there was no bedside lighting. Just overhead lighting with a switch plate that was labeled "masterswitch" in the corner of the room which you cannot reach while in bed. You have to walk over to it to shut the lights off then climb back in bed. I am tired and want to rest when I check in. That noise was just too much.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I give this a 10. Had a cute little bar when you first came in with a little restaurant, which is not typical of roadside hotels. Everyone was absolutely friendly. Simon at the front desk was so kind! There’s not one thing I could say bad about this place.

New hotel, very nice. I used the laundry too and it was convenient and helpful. We were traveling on Route 66 and enjoyed convenience of athe Winslow. It is right by the interstate. Breakfast was good too. We enjoyed standing on the corner of Winslow!

Last minute booking as we drove through Winslow, AZ. Excellent customer service at check in. Comfortable and clean room. The complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty. Easy on-off I-40. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk service was very good and friendly. The fitness center was week equipped and everything was in good working order. Breakfast offerings are typical. The air conditioner didn't seem to cool very well. Regardless of setting the room temp didn't vary much, it was kind of warm. With that said though, we'll stay again.

Wonderful new place. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We appreciated having a night table on both sides of the bed for our CPAP machines. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. Location was easy to find.

We could not find a motel anywhere for 100 miles around. The workers here went out of their way to find us a room. I was so appreciative of not having to sleep in the car and the man at the desk even came outside with us and spoke with us in the car to try to help us. In the end, it turned out to be a wonderful stay and we really appreciated the maids and the staff, all going out of their way to help us out. The room was amazing and the breakfast was great too!!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard and hanging at the bar. Breakfast was fresh and tasty! Best hotel we have stayed at in a very long time!

Comfortable, large rooms. friendly staff who was always helpful. There are a lot of things to see in that general area, actually a ton. And this is a convent location that keeps you out of the hub-bub when you want to be. Save the hub-but for the big tourist spots.

Industrial area. Lots of parking lots. QUIET AND SAFE. Hotel is brand new and in very good conditions. Modern furniture. Good and quiet AC. Modern bathroom with Walk in shower. 55 Zoll TV with netflix/Amazon stream possibility. Big and modern breakfast room. Bar in Lobby. Big breakfast with fresh scumbled eggs, sausages, bacon. Very tasty. Ceramic dishes, no plastic. The best place to stay.

When I checked in they told me breakfast was from 6am to 9am. So in the morning at 6:05am the breakfast was closed and the morning staff was scrambling to get the breakfast area opened up appeared to be that he fell a sleep during the shift. The other customer were very upset that they had to leave to go to work or travel as the same with me. There was another staff that appeared to arrive and told me that they will stay open for breakfast for extra hour like it would do me favor and found it irritating because I had to hit the road.

There’s nothing more to say than this is simply a beautiful, comfortable new hotel. It is extremely clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. A nice breakfast is included, which is always a good way to start your day. There is a small bar on the lower level where you can get a drink and sit and talk or watch some sports on TV. No need to drive to get a drink and risk the possible complications from doing that. We love this place and will stay there again when we pass that way.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Small issue with checking out at the front desk. The man working accidentally checked me out under another individual with the same last name but another employee helped through it to hopefully resolve the issue with financials. But otherwise, we loved the hotel and our stay!

The First night staying there was clean rm 222 . 2nd night rm 110 bathroom was dirty got some Clorox wipe and cleaned it myself. Breakfast needs fruits and yogurt . Other then that place is good
