The hotel and room were beautiful And I loved how technology Savvy they were. Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have tea in the evening when I went down to ask for some camomile tea. Otherwise my stay was great and I loved it!!

3 star hotel at best. No amenities. No robes. No luggage racks. No water. Paper cups only. No bathroom amenities, except soap and shampoo. No room service. Small, inadequate market. Drapes don't close all the way, so always light. Being on Times Square the drapes need to close. Drapes only fully open or close, no partial opening. Small rooms. Unsure how they can have a 4 star rating. Definitely not worth the price.

Overall lovely and clean hotel. We had an issue with our door at night and they had engineer onsite! Room service was daily and is probably available 24/7 because they delivered towels to me late. I saw the room next door from the couch - the staff was cleaning the window and she bent down to probably clean dust off the frame. This hotel is definitely attentive to cleanliness. I would say though that my roomed smelled like old people when I first walked in, but the smell dissipated when we came back from walking around.. or we got used to it. It's not the hotel's fault that they have smelly guests and I wasn't TOO bothered by it. If you were in any other city, I'd say the room itself is a bit overpriced. New York hotels are small. But the service was impeccable and you are right next to time square so I'd say this place is worth it. These poor staff are definitely used to kissing ass all day because I would try to be light-hearted to hopefully relieve them from being so uptight, but they were very professional at all times. The rooms aren't completely soundproof but more soundproof than your usual $180/night hotels. I got the the two queen bed cityview room, which the view was only ok since we were basically on the end of where all the fun is and I could only see towards one end of 7th street. It was fun sitting in their couch and seeing the flashing billboards at night. I love that they had two different layers of curtains that are controlled by switches. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in front of the famous Times Square stairway in the middle of the middle Midtown and this is amazing. The hotel is new or renovated recently. Staff is really nice. Rooms are really clean, bed more than comfortable with enough space in the room not usual for this location. It’s also generally quite even if I was in the room just close to the fitness room and the noise of the people entering in this center starting from early the morning with the closing of the door (sbam !!) was not the best. If you know this please ask for rooms not at the 18th floor.

A beautiful room with a great view. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was that housekeeping didn’t stop or even empty our garbage, therefore our garbage cans were overflowing and we had uneaten food that sat in our room for 2 days.

Tempo by Hilton exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Time Square with everything just a short walk away. Whether you're looking to explore the local attractions, dine at top-notch restaurants, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, this hotel is perfectly situated.
The stay itself was fantastic. The room was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The combination of its prime location and the excellent quality of the stay makes it a perfect choice. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I have been staying at Hilton all over the world, and had good experiences everywhere except at this hotel. Stayed at the ball drop corner room, 500usd per night/10 nights. Honeymoon trip and it was known by the receptionist checking me in. No congratulations, Not even a smile, or asking how our trip was, not even a simple welcome. Once I got to our room, not even a small paper mentioning about our honeymoon. I do not recommend this hotel for people celebrating Honeymoon or Anniversaries. Each staff (3 of them) I interacted with in the reception did not even smile. Cold behaviour with an attitude. I have never experienced such behaviour at any hotel around the world. They are definitely not graduated in Hotel management, and its a shame for the Hilton brand. The hotel Gym was very small. The room had an iron but no iron board. The sheets had holes in it. I had room cleaning and even after that the sheets had holes again. I took pictures and informed the reception. They were not even surprised about it from their reaction, but arranged for the sheets to be changed. I think it is a common issue at the hotel as they acted like it was nothing. Even the quilt had big brown stains, but they never changed that. Rooms are not sound proof, nor the windows neither the doors. Bottom line is that the staff needs to be replaced in the reception, or change the star rating of the hotel, because it was not a 4 star hotel, rather a 3 star hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Tempo Hilton Time Square. We arrived early and we needed to be able to get into our room earlier than 4:00. Our front desk assistant suggested an upgrade and gave us choices. We selected a room on the 18th floor with a corner view and we were able to check in immediately. Our room view was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our friends. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to NYC.

Customer service at check in and check was very helpful. However, room service was not offered nor was in room check out offered. I tried calling the front desk twice, no answe. When I got to the front desk it didn’t appear too busy to answer a call. I would definitely come back. The dining at Highball was very good as well. The hotel is beautiful and the room was almost perfect. My only issues revolved around the way that we were constantly billed incorrectly. Buyer beware! Make sure that you are not getting ripped off for unexpected charges.

The property is clean and staff are friendly. The location is convenient but there is some noise from the large amount of people in the tourist area.

The valet drivers returned my key broken and wrapped with tape. Parking is valet only $95. Also, my beautiful bathroom had 2 bottles of shampoo. When I called the front desk, they said they’d have someone bring me body wash and no one ever came. Not the best experience.

I check into my reservation with no problems. On the second night of my stay after a long night of business meetings the only thing i wanted to do was get to my room and go to sleep at 2am. I get to my room and realized my key card was next to my credit cards and the key demagnitized. Have had this happen a couple of times and usually it is no issue. I go down and the little Latina girl with blonde hair automatically starts with an attitude and says my room has been locked out due to non payment of incidentals. That was incorrect because i even showed her the rooms were pre paid and the incidental charges were already processed thru my bank. She chose to continue an attitude and pretty much said i was lying. Being so late i chose to give her the card to charge (once again) which now makes it a $600 charge. I just wanted to go to sleep. To make it more embarrassing she sends security up to remove the lock and he comes back down and tells her there was no lock on the room that it was ONLY A KEY ISSUE as she was told before. She chose to say HE WAS LYING and made a phone call which by the time of her voice she realizes she made a mistake. Instead of correcting her mistake and apologizing she continues to act as if she was in the right and we were lying. She was totally unprofessional and should not be working a customer service job with that kind of rude attitude to guests. I am not sure if i would ever stay at this place again and I’m still waiting on my charges to clear!
