About this apartment rental

Southern California beachside living at its finest! Almost completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus office , just steps to the beach AND the bay! Entire upstairs apartment (Approx 1200 square feet) in a classic Spanish style 2 unit building! Includes large master with walk in closet and en suite bathroom, large second bedroom, and office including a custom built day bed and closet that could be used as another bedroom! Hardwood floors, central air and heat, small front balcony and private side yard area, single car garage, washer/dryer in unit, wood beamed ceilings, dining room, tons of natural light and windows to let in the sea breeze! 3 outdoor areas- A front balcony with views of the beach and pacific ocean, a side deck with table and chairs, and downstairs outdoor dining area with barbecue! Less than a minute walk to the beach, same to the bay ! Swimming, bike ,kayak and paddle board rentals, gondola rides, basketball, pickle ball, racquetball courts, all walking distance!!! Right up the street is world class dining, bars and shopping on 2nd street, and just a short bike ride over the bridge is the new 2nd and PCH shopping complex for even more options, and duffy rentals to boot! 5 minutes to walk to Rosie's dog beach to let your furry friend meet the locals! Come experience the good life..

This space was perfect for our family of four! We were visiting family in Seal Beach and it was a hop skip and a jump away, but also in such a cute area. We enjoyed morning runs on the beach and through town, walking up to 2nd street for coffee and close proximity to shopping. The hosts were gracious, generous and a joy to work with. 10/10 recommend!
