Reaction when you walk in is Wow! Location (corner lot w/lots of windows) in a great neighborhood Comfy and very clean and they have tried to think of every detail to make your stay the best The sitting area just off the kitchen was our favorite

This cozy home is the perfect distance to enjoy a day at the beach for a family, with all the beach supplies at hand. And in great proximity to attractions, groceries and restaurants.

The house was exactly as advertised, so cute and comfortable. You can see the bay from the kitchen and back of the house. Miles of sandy beach are a five minute walk away. It was just the right amount of space for three people. We really enjoyed all of the different outside living spaces. The only negative was the amount of traffic that goes by the house. The cars go slow but during the day it was fairly constant.

We love this cute little beach house! As a Long Beach native who now lives in the Bay Area, we love coming here to feel like we're on vacation while visiting family. The house is perfect for a family of four and is located in a prime spot. The property manager is so helpful and very responsive as well!

We LOVED Suzanne’s beach house. With a 2 block walk to the ocean and steps to a tranquil bay, we were able to spend so much time at the water. The house is beautiful, cozy and clean. We loved relaxing on the patio and eating dinner on the outdoor dining table. The neighborhood is super walkable and aside from groceries, we didn’t even need a car. Can’t wait to come back again next summer!

Beautiful beach cottage located in the heart of Belmont Shores. Close to 2nd St shops and restaurants, Alamitos Bay and the beach! We had a wonderful time and appreciated the attention to detail and our comfort. Loved the outdoor spaces and convenient parking too. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our stay at this property! Suzanne and her team put so much thought into making our long weekend comfortable and peaceful. The front patio area was our favorite hangout. We enjoyed the brief two-block walk to the beach and to downtown, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Suzanne was just a quick message away and so responsive. This was definitely a five-star stay!

Our family had a wonderful week at this clean & perfectly located home. There was plenty of room for the four of us including 2 adults + 2 teenagers. We did daily walks on the beach + lots of activities: Queen Mary, Aquarium, Zoo, Disney's California Adventure - all 15 - 60 minutes away. Communication with the property manager was easy with fast responses. Checking out was the easiest I've ever experienced. Bottom line: great house, great location with lots to do, great host. We would definitely go back.

We so enjoyed our spring break trip to LB to stay at this sweet cottage! Suzanne was a joy to work with and the accommodations were top notch! We enjoyed daily walks to the beach which was literally steps away and the shops/restaurants on 2nd Street are so close too! The home was set up perfectly for our family...our teen girls loved the outside space, the grill was a nice treat and so was the fire pit! We have stayed in many VRBOs across the country and this one is ONE OF THE VERY BEST!

This home is just beautiful and so cozy. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had everything you could possibly ever want. The neighborhood was quiet and respectful and we had a great time walking along the bay. The fire pit on the front porch at night was a great way to end the day. The host Suzanne was very sweet and helpful and the whole experience just could not have been any nicer. We are hoping to be back sometime soon.

We stayed in this beautiful home over the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed absolutely everything about it. Suzanne decorated it for Christmas and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is immaculate and very nicely designed and decorated. The kitchen has all of the essentials, the rooms are cozy and bathrooms are good size and nicely updated. We loved walking to 2nd street to shop and eat and walking to the beach and pier was great for us and our teenage kids. Having parking and laundry are a big bonus!!! We cannot wait to go back!

This is a great home. Very close to the beach and fun stuff in Long Beach. The owner is fantastic. Great communicator and very welcoming. The home is extremely well equipped and supplied. Next time we go to SoCal this will be our first choice.

We came into town for a conference my husband and his co-worker needed to attend, and this was a way better option than a hotel. Great location, very walkable. Really liked having a designated parking space and all the extra little touches, like drinks in the fridge, snacks available and even q-tips were just icing on the cake. They were very quick to respond and very accommodating with an early check in, would definitely recommend this property. We have stayed in several Vrbo's over the years and this one was the most user friendly for sure and felt the most luxurious with all the extra thoughtful touches.

This was a rendezvous with family. The house was in a wonderful location for access to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. It was comfortable and charming. Well stocked. And the property manager was totally available for questions. It’s on my list for a return visit!!
