Welcome to Oceania 13, your perfect vacation spot in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 13th floor of the Oceania complex and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The minute you step inside you will be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a large balcony overlooking the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining room seats 8 with more seating at the kitchen bar.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony access for your morning coffee, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom.
The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has two double beds and a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and plenty of storage space.

Oceania 13 also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The complex amenities include a large outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and private beach access.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly destination with plenty of activities for all ages. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water-sports on the beach, or visit nearby attractions like the Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed this area wasn't as crowded. Only issue was the elevator 1 night but another owner was there was able help get us to our room. The elevator was going in few hrs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location was perfect for our family. We had our two married adult children and 5 grandkids. The rooms and bunkbeds were exactly what we hoped. The shared living space was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, but we spent a few hours on the beach every day. The direct access to the beach accommodated easy back and forth to the room for naps, lunch, etc. Perhaps the space could use a fresh coat of paint vs. the spot painted look. However, we already secured it for rental next summer. So we were quite happy with the nice set up for larger family.

Beautiful and spacious condo for a large group to spread out. Property manager was very responsive and attentive. Would stay here again. The property could use a little attention just keeping light bulbs switched out, towels racks secured, etc.

Covered parking slots were too narrow. Location was good, and layout was very good. The bedrooms were separate from the living areas and very quiet. Lots of storage in the kitchen and pantry. Large balcony and sturdy outdoor furniture. Neighboring condos would come over and set up in front of the rental setups. Surprised that they weren’t asked to move to the rear as most places do. It was difficult to see the water sometimes.

We've been staying in the area for 40+ years and this was our favorite place we've stayed. It had 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with plenty of room for all 10 of us to spread out with different wings for each family, private balconies and bathrooms in each bedroom, a spacious kitchen, icemaker, elevator that came straight to the condo, an indoor-outdoor pool, incredible balcony views and the easiest walk to the beach. Also, the communicstion from the property manager was top-notch, as they consistently asked if we needed anything. We would definitely love to stay here again and give our highest recommendation!

Great condo, great location, great beach and great amenities! We had 3 separate families stay 10 total people. Great space and layout of rooms. Beautiful view from living space. Loved the openness of the kitchen/ family and dining areas. The location was great! Only issue was only two parking spaces allowed. Had to pay to park across the street (so budget for that). Overall great trip!

Even with stormy weather several of the days, we did not care because the condo was so perfect. VERY large, 4,000 square feet, but still cozy and comfortable. The balconies were a dream come true. And having four bedrooms that each had their own bath really made this perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros-The condo was huge, lots of room for my family. Very nicely decorated with most needs met. Easy access to the beach was super convenient. Cons-it would have nice to have a drawer with a few basic tools and supplies. We had a loose door knob and several dead light bulbs. Also, the ac vents needed to be changed.

We just returned home from our stay at Oceania 13. Reserving the condo as well as checking in was super easy. The company stayed in constant contact you through text messages and emails. The accommodations were so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave. Our 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom, 4,000 square feet condo contained everything that we needed.
