In prime season - our weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday.
For Mini weeks in the summer, we typically accept Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday with some limited exceptions.

***PLEASE NOTE***: WE DO NOT provide Sheets/Pillowcases, Towels (Beach or Bath), paper and plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), or hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) but we do have beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and beach toys available for your use (as well as a pack n play for your little one)!
There are several local companies that provide sheet and linen rentals and we provide their contact information in our General Information Guide upon booking or upon request.

Welcome 20585 Quillen Rd in Rehoboth Beach, DE, the perfect destination for your next beach getaway, situated on a quiet street just 9 blocks from the Rehoboth Beach attractions as well as Dewey Beach. This single-family home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is less than 1 mile from the beach, making it an ideal location for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation.

Enter through the welcoming front porch into the light filled foyer, you'll be flanked by the dining room on the left and game room on the right. Game room includes pac man video game and Xbox as well as a separate place for kids to watch movies!! As you continue in, you’ll be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops is perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks for your family and friends and includes an island with seating for 4.

The Kitchen opens to a back sunroom/sitting room perfect for playing cards with friends or enjoying your morning paper. The sitting room and living room lead to an outdoor space that is just as inviting as the indoor space, with a screened porch and a spacious patio for enjoying the warm sunshine and cool ocean breeze. There is a gas grill on the patio, perfect for preparing your favorite barbecue meals while spending time with your loved ones. Storage shed located in the back yard offers bikes, beach chairs and beach toys all for your enjoyment.

The property features four cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, a private sitting area, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area. Bedrooms two and three share a jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 2 offering 2 twin beds, and bedroom 3 offering a bunk bed with twin over double. Bedroom four has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and offers a king-sized bed.

This community has easy access to Thompson Island State Park. Walk or bike to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Enjoy all that the area has to offer including world renowned outlet shopping, an endless selection of restaurants, biking, hiking, and running trails, as well as multiple award winning breweries. This is a fantastic Rehoboth Beach property. We brought only our family of 4 (and a small dog) but could see how two families would work. The area the house is in is a nice little neighborhood with a beach shop just around the corner. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back next year! House is great, parking passes were helpful, and sheet rental worked out fine.

Overall, we had a great experience at this property. Dan was very communicative and answered any question I had. We were able to check in early the day of. The house is very spacious with a nice backyard. The drive to the beach isn’t bad at all (10-15 minutes depending on traffic) and the beach parking permits were very helpful to have. There are also a ton of beach chairs at the property, a wagon and boogy boards. The hosts also provide a bunch of essentials in case you forgot anything. Overall, would highly recommend, especially for families.

We absolutely loved the home. It was very clean and had some nice touches such as a wall of batteries and extra toiletries. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only downside for us was the location of the home in relation to the beach. People with young kids and/or older adults might not enjoy the distance. Otherwise, we loved everything else! Thank you!

We took my 83 year old mom to the beach to celebrate Mother’s Day. There were 5 of us so we looked for a place that would accommodate us comfortably. This house was beautiful and had lots of space for us to do puzzles and play cards. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the price. Off-season friends getaway and it served its purpose. Location is on the other side of a highway to downtown Rehoboth, but we made the walk. Host very responsive and easy to work with.

While we had a planned for a nice fall weekend at the beach, we ended up having a medial emergency and were not able to make the trip. We reached out to the owners to advise we could not make the trip. They went above and beyond to help out with the situation and it's appreciated.

Super clean and tons of extras left for your pleasure. Everything was functional and you were less than 15 minutes to the beach. The owners organized everything with signs and hints to make your stay enjoyable. They even provided beach parking passes. While there was no regular TV channels there was tons of streaming channels already setup. Yes, I would recommend this home.

My fiancé loved the cleanliness. My kids loved the amenities (especially the video games) and I loved the price, especially considering that it was large enough to comfortably fit our family of 6 plus our pug. If you can make it so my family doesn’t have anything to complain about, you’re doing a lot of things right.

Excellent communication from Dan. House was perfect for our family. Wonderful location conveniently located off HW 1 near Rehoboth and Dewey. Clean and spacious. Beach parking passes were a huge bonus. Only challenge is getting out of neighborhood onto HW 1 during peak times. Lots of traffic. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you again!

This was a great place to stay and more than enough space for two families. A great location that is conveinently located near all the attractions and located in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and ready to enjoy! The owners are extremely responsive and were great to deal with. In all the years of coming down to this area for vacations, this was the best place we have stayed at and we wouldn't hesitate renting this place again!

This was by far our best stay ever. The host, Dan, was extremely kind and responsive. We had an unexpected emergency at the last minute and needed to reschedule our stay, but Dan went above and beyond to accommodate us and saved our trip to Rehoboth! The house itself was stunning, immaculate, and very spacious. Dan had thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. Our three families thoroughly enjoyed our time there and had an unforgettable weekend in Rehoboth. Thank you Dan!
