About this house rental
This unit is 1 of 2 side by side units we own. New furniture, hotel quality mattresses, and exquisite decorations, makes this one of the best values around. We are also one of the few owners to allow renters to use our bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc! This largest designed town house (4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom) in Rehoboth Crossings Community is located East of Route 1 and 1.5 miles to Downtown Rehoboth. The community pool allows you to cool off on warm days along with the clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center and an activity/gathering room with a full kitchen.
As you enter the home into the spacious foyer, you will have access to the garage for storage, and a spare fridge. You will also have a first floor master bedroom with private bath. This room has a tv and an 8’ sliding glass door with access to a patio opening to a large yard.
As you ascend to the 2nd floor a wide open floor plan of the kitchen, powder room, dining room, and living room with fireplace awaits you. Tile in the kitchen and hardwood flooring in the living/dining rooms set us apart from most other rentals. The large dining room table, and the 2nd table in the kitchen with great glass tops give plenty of seating for large groups. A screened porch on this level also gives you outdoor space to smell the beach air. A large TV with Blue ray DVD player and comfy sofas and recliners allows you to relax after a great day on the beach, or during a rainy day. The wide open kitchen gives plenty of room to cook for your large party. Stainless steel appliances with an ice maker, granite counter tops, and a beautiful backsplash make clean up a breeze. A duo coffee maker with a single serve Keurig or a full pot option gives you plenty of coffee to get your morning started off right.
The third floor has 2 more bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The 2nd king master bedroom on this level has a deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning, or cocktails in the evening while you get ready for dinner. In the master you will find a large tv to watch sports or movies. The other bedroom on this floor also has a tv and a queen size bed along with its own private bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower unit, great for bathing little ones. A front loading washer and dryer behind closed doors on this floor allow you to wash your beach towels and bathing suits.
The 4th floor is a wide open loft (no door) with plenty of sleeping for kids, or larger groups with 5 additional beds, and a full bathroom.
2 zone central heating and air ensure you are cool on hot summer days.
Enjoying yourself while staying at our property is a key! We have provided some bikes in which you can access the Junction and Breakwater Trail, a scenic wooded bike and walking trail that connects Rehoboth to Lewes. We have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and noodles for you to enjoy in the great community pool, or while playing on the beach.
Rehoboth is one of the best dining towns in the world. There are dozens and dozens of great restaurants around. Our favorite of these restaurants include fine dining, sushi, breweries, and countless pizza joints (you can join in on debating who has the best pizza).
If you don't want to fight the traffic or parking downtown Dart bus company picks up right at the entrance to Rehoboth Crossings for a nominal fee. It runs every 10 to 30 minutes 7 days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 7:30 am to 1am.

Bed linens and towels are not provided. 1st floor bedroom is a King-size bed, 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen Size bed and 1King size bed. 4th floor has 1Queen Bed, 1double bed, 3 twin beds. If bringing your own sheets and towels is not convenient for you we recommend using Sheets at the Beach or Coastal Beach Services. They offer rental sheets and towels and will deliver and have them waiting for you upon arrival as well as pick them up after your stay.

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous and enabled us to avoid the Route 1 traffic most of the time. Everyone had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the common spaces. Beds were super comfie! We'd love to stay here again.

This rental was outstanding! I had 4 teenage girls with me & my best friend. It was so wonderful for each bedroom to have their own bathroom! With that many females, it was so nice not to have to share one bathroom! The place was beautifully decorated! The furniture was comfortable & family friendly. The kitchen was beautiful & very spacious! Everything was very clean when we arrived. The location was great! So close to many beaches, board walks, thrift shops & outlet stores. My children loved being able to ride the bikes to the beach. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas & bikes provided, was fantastic! We do not own any chairs or umbrellas. Having them already there, was a huge relief. Having a pool there was wonderful as well. They went to pool every day. This was my favorite rental I've ever used! I will book here again!

Everything about the property was as advertised. Since there were 7 of us there were plenty of beds for everyone. The dining table was a big hit since we tend to eat our meals together. The extra chairs and boogie boards in the garage also came in handy. Anyone with a larger party I would greatly recommend this property.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It was as great as we remembered! The owners thought of everything you could possibly need! In addition to standard appliances, kitchen had pots/pans, plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, dish towels, pot holders, and even a few spices! There were bikes, boogie boards, beach toys for building sandcastles, beach chairs, and board games. The property is very close to the beach - we walked there and back a couple of times just to get exercise. This time, there were 4 adults and 2 children (12 & 13) but we've had additional family members with us on prior visits and there has always been plenty of space. We love everything about this property and will definitely stay there again on our next beach trip, if it's available!

I’m hesitant to give this review because I’ll be giving away the location of the best property in Rehoboth Beach! My family and I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for many years and this condo was, by far, the best place we’ve ever rented! Super clean! My wife is very picky about cleanliness, and she was even impressed! The owner is great to work with and has taken into consideration every detail possible, from lots and lots of coffee mugs, plates, silverware, etc. to labeling everything so you know exactly what every switch is for! The furniture is very nice and the beds are comfortable! The location was perfect for us, right by cvs for those unexpected things you need, and right by the breakwater trail for hiking and biking! Also, supplying boogie boards and beach chairs and toys was fantastic, as well as the assortment of bicycles. This place has everything you could ask for and more from a beach vacation rental! My mother in law even stated “It’s like we never left home!” And I have to agree! Our family had the best vacation we ever had and it was mainly because of there being absolutely no problems with our rental.

Great property
The property and location was great. Very close to the service road that takes you straight to the beach. Only 5 minutes and close enough to walk. There was an issue with the air conditioning but the manager was available and able to get everything taken care of on a Saturday night. Great stay!

Have Stayed here many times.
Very nice place and in a good location. Plenty of space for everyone, it was clean. Everything we needed was there. Just had a minor trouble getting in with the code but it was quickly resolved and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Will probably be back!

Quick Rehoboth Getaway
My group were two families with two kids between us. My NYC family stop by also on they way home, after dropping off my nieces. For a day. They home was equipped with everything. We shopped, went to the beach and have family meals. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back

Grest getaway in Rehoboth
The pictures on the website do not do this great condo justice. Kathy has though of everything required for a beach vacation. The ground floor room was perfect for 92 and 86 year old parents. Just as was the spacious 4th floor that my Daughter, husband and 2 kids reveled in. We all enjoyed the bikes and garage full of beach accoutrements.
The only negative was the exercise room for a family faily gym-goers. That just meant that we had to bike the trails and walk around town some more. 7 days were not enough to enjoy all the breweries, restaurants, outlets and beaches.

Great for a group of large family
Great space lots of bedrooms beds and bathrooms. Providing bicycles was wonderful since location is not 💯 but you can and we did ride the bikes to the beach. Lots of space clean relaxing very nice. We had a great time.

Fantastic!
The home was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our group. The girls loved the 4th floor bedroom space where they could hang out. We enjoyed our meals together around the large dining table. I would definitely book again!!

Great Getaway
The house was beautiful! No complaints. We utilized the bikes to get to the beach. 4 adult bikes and 4 bikes for very young kids. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Will rent again!

This was an amazing place to stay with kids! Loved that there were bathrooms for every bedroom! The loft sleeping area was perfect for my 5 boys! Very Nice
This is the second time we have stayed at these units at Rehoboth crossing, they are very nice and in a good location. We especially like the top room with the beds, the kids sleep up there. The kitchen is spacious and the dining. When we come back we will probably stay there again if available. Thanks

Great house for a large family vacation.
This is such a nice house for large families. We stayed with 5 adults and 9 children and had plenty of room. The upstairs "kids' loft" is an exceptional sleeping space for all those kidlets. The house is fully furnished and had everything we needed and then some. There is a beautiful grassy courtyard off the back deck that provides plenty of play area for kids. I loved how all the light switches are marked to make life a little easier. The open kitchen and living areas allows the family to all be together and not be crowded. The garage is fully stocked with plenty of nice beach chairs and boogie boards, and bikes so leave those items at home to save space! Also, there IS a pack 'n play, which I was told there was not. No need to bring bath mats either, they are provided. One correction would be the size of the beds which you need to know. The 4th floor has a queen, double, 3 twins and 1 trundle. (Not 3 trundles as stated). We loved having the Junction-Breakwater bike trail to Lewes at our back door. We used it every day and that was a real plus for us. The only disappointment was (and this has nothing to do with the owner) is that the house is 1.8 miles from beach (not 1 mile) and is located at perhaps one of the busiest intersections of the Delaware shore. The traffic is horrendous, however, everything is centrally located. If you need the peace and quiet of the ocean, this would not be the one. However, if the traffic doesn't bother you, this is the perfect house in every other way. Just personal preference for nature or city. Check-in is 4 p.m., not 2 or 3 as stated. The house was very clean and we loved that it had a "no pets", "no smoking" policy.

My family and I loved this home. Other than bringing sheets, towels and paper products you are set to go. Loved the location. Fun for all age groups. Outdoor pool just a block away, Outlets right across the street, Giant and Weiss supermarkets down the street and also a Wawa and Royal Farms just minutes away. Rehoboth and its Boardwalk is only a 5 minute drive, Cape Henlopen Beach is about 10 minutes away, and Lewis Beach and town is about 7 minutes. Also, right across the street from the home is a water park called jungle gym both adults and children will love this place. There are so many eateries in this vicinity. There is so much activity and things to do you should never get bored. The owner has supplied this home with many bicycles, boogie boards and noodles. My family and I would not hesitate to come back to this beautiful place.

Awesome Family Beach House
This is the second year we stayed at this beach house and it is perfect for our large family. Close to everything in Rehoboth and has so many nice feature for a large family. We loved our stay and would like to rent this house again next year!

Wonderful beach week in a beautiful townhouse.
The townhouse we stayed in was absolutely beautiful! The decor and all furnishings were at the top end of the spectrum. No money was spared to create a homely environment. Very neat and clean establishment. Centrally located to all activities. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back next year! I rate this place a 10+. Thank you for a great week filled with lots of good memories!

This condo was a beautiful, spacious place for our family vacation! Everyone has their own space as well as their own bathroom. Travelling to the beach was short and convienient! A perfect place 😊

Perfect for a large group
We stayed here last summer and we loved it. It's right on Rt 1 so easy to find and conveniently located so you can easily get into downtown rehoboth or to Dewey beach. The house has plenty of space for a townhome. We were not sure but we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms plus plenty of living/eating space. The screened in porch was especially nice for evenings so we could hang out minus the bugs. We also loved the bikes available and the trails. We drove on the beach at Cape Henlopen everyday and that wasn't too far either. The only downside was the pool was a bit warm but that's not the homeowners fault more of the communities.
